Ordered a ham and cheese and a steak and cheese and there is literally ONE slice of meat on each sandwich. It's actually pathetic how bad the cook is. Won't be coming back!

SO I AM PUTTING IT UP AGAIN‼️Incredible how rude they are and still took the time put down my review but not credit me for a sandwich they messed up on!I've been coming here for a while now and everything was great. Until today me and my friend walked in for a chicken sandwich and asked to add ketchup and mayonnaise to the sandwich. After waiting for 10 minutes for our sandwiches. When we arrived at work because we were on our work break the sandwich was missing the lettuce and tomato. I decided to call them, to my surprise the owner simply denied to credit me for a sandwich. That they messed up on, I was shocked because he just simply didn't care for us as customers. I wish him the best of luck specially with the times we are in! Save your time and money people! This family business does not care for you!
Had the fish tonight, it was very good. Fish and fries were hot, and we had this delivered. I was a customer many yrs. ago, and the quality and service is still #1. Thank you...
Gianelli’s is fantastic! The staff are very polite and helpful, super friendly. Lots of great meal deals, the pizza is great! Huge portions for a good price. Consistently good restaurant, best Pizza on the northwest side for sure
My family and I have been going here for 10+ years and they have never slipped! Really is one of the best places for pizza (and wings!) In Milwaukee.
Pizza is always good I usually order sausage and pepperoni thin crust. Last pizza was good as usual they did mix up my order last time and I had to bring the pizzas back but it was the first time out of 100 so I still give them a 5 Star. They also thru in a free 2-Liter for free for the mix-up. I will definitely be back and I do recommend this local business.
This pizza would get a 3.8 out of 5 from me but you cant do decimals. Dough is great. So are the cheese and toppings. The sauce seems like its trying too hard to be robust. There's something in it like a spice or herb that just isn't right in my (and one other persons) opinion. Im sure there might be people who love the sauce but it seems like more of a marinara that you would dip breadsticks in rather than a pizza sauce. If the sauce had a closer flavor profile to lets say Papa Johns sauce the pizza would be a homerun.
First time ordering won't be the last. I was pleasantly surprised the pizza was some of the best I've ever had the garlic bread was really good the price was more than fair and the woman who took my order was really nice. We will definitely be making this our go to pizza place
