Terrific arena to see a pro basketball game.Overall, very nice, clean, and welcoming. We had a great time and the Bucks make it a very exciting experience. Only complaint is the concessions. What is unacceptable, is that a tip is automatically added to every total. Tipping is done for excellent service. I shouldn’t have to study the screen to figure out how to take it off and then get dirty looks when I do.
I was really excited to go the Bon Jovi concert with my sister and cousin. We arrived and stopped at a place to get some drinks. My sister asked for a double Jack and Coke. We were told that we couldn’t do doubles but we could get a drink and a shot and combine them ourselves, so that’s what we did. About an hour later we went out to the bar right outside our section, 121, with the Drink Wisconsinbly signs. We asked if there was any way to get two drinks each and David M said no, that we would have to do the drink and shot option and that would be our two drink max, we asked if we could do a couple different options, not as to be difficult but so we didn’t have to bother other concert goers every time we left our seats. All of the sudden David snapped and said we were cut off, we were completely taken aback and nothing we said could get him to articulate what had happened. He went in the back and had Nisha come up to complete our form that we were cut off. She was very nice and professional but had to do it. I don’t understand how one man can go on a power trip and just ruin our night out. My sister and I only had one drink and my cousin had none at that point so we were by no means drunk and belligerent. We decided to go back in and enjoy the rest of the concert and talk to the manager afterwards. We spoke to Aaron and what a joke that was. He was dismissive and condescending and wanted nothing to do with hearing us out. He scolded us and told us we weren’t allowed to have shots, which contradicted what both bartenders had told us and wanted nothing to do with correcting the situation to help prevent the same situation from happening to other patrons.
This is a great venue, none of the seats are bad. The surrounding Deer district has got a ton of bars to pregame at and parking is reasonable. I have a great time every time I go. I'd give it 5 stars if the concessions would stay open longer. They shut down with over a half hour left in the concert.
Good stadium. Built to feel like your on top of the floor. So many different things to eat. Two huge bar restaurants in front of the stadium as well. Parking is expensive. If you don't mind a walk use spot hero. Much cheaper parking.
Had a great time. Too bad cvd mask rules are not enforced. Great choice of food. Parking $40!! That's what I said. All the staff was extremely helpful.
I've been to the forum several times and honestly prefer not to visit it unless necessary. The building is located downtown and the parking structure isn't actually connected to the event building. Event parking is expensive and it's not only inconvenient but you will be exposed to the elements walking back and forth to your vehicle. Additionally, you will likely be standing and waiting outside in the elements before entering the building because there isn't much space between the outside door and the entry gate to form a line indoors. There also isn't an awning outside.As with all venues the food and refreshments are expensive. The seats aren't very comfortable and there isn't much leg room. It's hard to navigate down the row to get to the restroom or concessions once everyone's seated. When we visited for our event in January of 2022, you did not need a vaccination card or negative covid test result but you did need to wear a mask.
Had an awesome experience watching the Bucks take on the Grizzlies. The stadium is beautiful and well kept. The staff are excellent and willing to assist you even if you don't ask for it. The Jockey lounge was nice, but nothing too special. Food and beverages are overpriced as expected.
First time at the new arena and it is beautiful. Parking was easy, and pretty cheap. I recommend downloading the Bucks app so you can order and pick up your food and drink. We ordered 2 beers and cheese curds. Got a text that our order was ready and picked up our order right behind our sections. Never waited in a single line. Can’t wait to come back.

This venue was excellent. Came here to see James Taylor and Jackson Browne. This is the first time I had ever been here. Getting in was simple and quick. The staff was excellent at getting people in and headed in the proper direction to their seats. Restrooms were excellent as well. Really enjoyed this facility and I will not hesitate to come back in the future to additional shows. The downtown area here is very nice and we stayed near the venue and it was a short one block walk from our hotel.
