Their papusas are great!! HOWEVER, I went YESTERDAY and the lady tried to steal a tip from my card from my to go order and she would NOT give me my receipt for the LIFE OF ME! I literally had to ARGUE with her over it because it WAS a 12$ difference!! Then when I FINALLY got my receipt it was because the price of the papusas went up, okay that’s fine they should update their menu, but yet she still tried to steal herself an extra $5 tip which was NOT cool and tried to say it was because they tax EACH papusa. That lady should be fired because lord knows how many people she’s doing that too and they don’t realize. Then she wants to get mad at me and treat ME like I did something wrong.
Have been coming here for a number of years. Always fantastic. Would highly recommend the pupusas!
Favorite pupusas and tacos in Milwaukee! Happy to see this place open for dine in again!
Locally owned resturant, very nice lady. The food is absolutely amazing and authenic, we come here regularly now. The tamales and pausas are to die for, and dont underestimate how full you can get off of this food, its very filling and satisfying. Only thing is parking and driving can get sometimes.
At the moment of this review (1/15/22) they only have takeout the food itself isn't awesome buts it's ok if you want to try Salvadorean food this is an ok place to visit.
Delicious Pupusas, the best plates from my lovely El Salvador .
I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! This is my go-to for pupusas and authentic Salvadoran food! Currently only taking to-go order during Covid, but I am really looking forward to them opening everything back up again- such a quaint place to enjoy good food and company!
It was a nice place the staff was very friendly. This is our first time eating there always wanted to try it cuz my kids go to school nearby. My daughter devoured her burrito. My taco meat was a little bit too sweet for me.
Papusas!!!Only got some papusas here, but do intend to go back and try some more of the food. Unfortunately they only offer takeout right now, and papusas are best hot right off the griddle, but they were still very delicious after 15 minutes.
This used to be one of my favorite places. This place is now overpriced and not the same.
