Was there on my way to work as I'm sure alot of people are and when I walked in the workers there didn't acknowledge me or any of the other customers, there and 2 actually left I'm sure because of lack of customer service, and I was thinking about doing the same than one girl realized people were leaving and finally said be with you in a min. Ok been waiting for a min gonna probably be late to work but ok anyways the bagels weren't even that good and well first and last time going here!
Had the texas brisket breakfast bagel, it was okay, not at all what I thought. Very little brisket was present.. Brisket was bland and dry, very light aoili was present, egg tasted microwaved. I was hungry so I managed to get half of it down before I just chalked the $9+ purchase as a lost.
Outstanding bagels, cream cheese & service. Wanted to bring some bagels back to Door County with us. We received great service from the friendly & helpful staff. We will be back when we’re in town next time!
Placed an order online arrive 25 mins later in my uber an had to wait over 5mins as they made other customers food before finishing my order. I watched then set my food. At the coffee station. Watching then cook its like they have no idea what they are doing. But the food was good I would just chose a different location.
Ordered the food off the app and it said 15 minutes got there in a uber and my driver ended up waiting another 15 for the order. They have no sense of urgency in this place. The food is good.
Came in at 1238 and I understand they close at 2 but they were out of everything and not making anything to stock up. Lazy workers trying to mail it in...so disappointing
Tastey bagel, sure wish help was more enthusiastic about helping, rather then the breakfast they ordered via door dash.Almost to point that we inconvenienced them for stopping in.Imagine where this rating would have been. Even with the dining in closed, and having to eat in our car.
Never have had the coffee but thr bagels are always good. They get even better depending on who makes them it seems like but they are always good. To be fair, we only ever get the brisket and chorrizo one but still. If you can make one bagelwhich, you can make 'em all. They don't offer egss after a certain time but you can order them without and if your really wanted to, make an egg for it at home. Not cheap but there are occasional coupons circling around in the mail. We got a cold iced smoothie or something too that was also very good. All very filling.
I used to go to this Einstein Coffee & Bagels quite often since they sell Caribou coffee products. It is also about a ten minute drive from where I live which is very convenient. However, there were always issues with my orders and service was always super slow (even when I ordered ahead for pick up). I've had so many order issues ranging from: incorrect drinks, incorrect bagel sandwiches and incorrect ingredients.One time, there was a worker there who mocked and laughed at me because I stood in the wrong line for pick up. It was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing. A lot of the workers there seem to be confused all the time, lack professionalism and do not seem properly trained. There also never seems to be a manager around when issues arise.I don't go to this location as much anymore since there is a Caribou Coffee place closer to where I live now. This made me realize that this Einstein location does not know how to properly make Caribou coffee products. Yes, they sell it but I can guarantee you it sure doesn't taste the same!
Haven't been there in a whileLarger food menu but inside seating is closed. Bagels are still good as before.
