Not a single toasted food item ever came out toasted. It's like they use a microwave instead. I go to many Dunkins and have never had issues. Bagels are chewy, doughy and nasty. Grilled cheese the same. Fix your grill please! I really hate stopping by but when I'm in a hurry and need my coffee it would be nice to eat something roasted and not soggy!
This place has really gone down hill recently...I normally take my kids here for a special treat like once a week. But the last 3 times my order has gotten messed up. And the one time I even ordered online. It's just not worth the time anymore. Time to find a new breakfast spot :(
Went thru drive, hot coffee and doughnuts,very tasty,only problem was speaker,with freeway 50 yds and clinic behind no one can hear anyone
Ordered a hot latte and an iced coffee. We got 2 iced coffees and asked for our order to be fixed. Now I have a room temperature latte.
Not sure what happened with this location but it has gone downhill. The last couple of times I have gone here, my drinks were never done right and tasted so bad I had to dump them all in the sink. I wanted to give them another chance but the last two times it was the same disappointment.
We never get what we order from this Dunkin. On the rare occasion we do get the correct order, drinks are made poorly and food is just thrown in the bag, falling out of the wrapping. Staff rushes you through your order and are very rude. Save yourself the headache and go to the Dunkin near the airport on Layton, Starbucks, or Krispy Kreme.
Didn't have items that we pre ordered on app. Then had to go through Corp to get a refund and they didn't even refund the full amount. Just take the items off the app if you don't have it.
I'm actually confused on this one, they seem to have plenty of staff inside,but the dining room is Never open. They had their espresso machine down for way to long, and that was lame, the only reason I'm giving two stars, instead of one, is because the one staff girl at the window is so absolutely sweet, but sadly I don't think she's working there anymore.When they don't give you any cream or sugar in your coffee and you have to drive around and sit in the drive thru just to get some, is just stupid. Open your dining room. I found the festival foods across the street has a Caribou, and a great bakery, so that's where I now go to get my morning coffee

This place used to be really good but lately they have been messing up my orders. I didn’t want to write a negative review because I wanted to give them a chance but after 3 times of messing up my order I’m sorry but unless things change I have to find me a new location
