Pretty sure the workers didn’t even read our order. They gave me a black coffee instead of a dunkaccino, and they gave me a pink sprinkled donut instead of a jelly donut….none of that is evenly remote close. I’m pretty sure they didn’t put an espresso shot in our other coffee either, and even if they did, there was no way to distinguish between the 2 black coffees we received. We also received 2 receipts with our order; our receipt had all the correct items that we ordered on it, and we also received someone else’s receipt too (but not their items) so hopefully that person didn’t get screwed too. Huge bummer when I was trying to reward myself for working extremely early today on a big project, only to get screwed out of my ENTIRE coffee and breakfast.
Ordered 2 dozen jelly donuts and coffee for my coworkers on Fat Tuesday. Took over an hour to deliver after the Grubhub driver said she had to go back because they forgot the donuts. She also said they could find the order when she was telling them what was wrong. I opened the boxes to find they only gave me 1 jelly and the rest assorted. Also the coffee had leaked all over and was covered in deliver stickers tot hid the fact that the cardboard coffee dispenser was soggy and falling apart.
I never write reviews but this place ALWAYS gives me problems :’) just went here again today because I got an email saying members can get a free medium sized coffee every Wednesday now and when I went inside to order, the guy working had no idea what I was talking about and wouldn’t let me redeem it. I showed him the email for proof and he kept saying he didn’t know… waste of a drive if you ask me
Last week after a trip to this store. My card was wiped of $900. I went to the manager and he was arguing with me! I went just to inform him ! It couldn't be them ! I wasn't accusing. I was just saying it was the last place my card was physically. I called corporate. I got a call from the owner. He left a message saying there was no charge for$900. Duh. Not what I was saying. I literally was just letting them know. Now I'm suspicious. Watch your cards everyone. Whisver took my money. Know that was SSI money because my daughter had cancer! No Christmas now !! I will never go to this store again!!
Terrible location with terrible service I work in the chase tower and can never get any food in the morning… today this guy completely skipped over me and I wanted to hop over he counter and show him how u really serve customers imaCall the health department on dunkin and the news it’s so many violations close this location GRASSROOTS LITERALLY OWNS CHASE TOWER BEST RESTAURANT AROUND! All dunking customers go to GR TO GET COFFEE
I work right next door to this location and have given it so many chances (6+). Time and time again they mess my order up, wait times are through the roof due to it being so understaffed, or they close earlier than the hours posted. The last straw was when I ordered online and went to the store to pick it up and they were already closed way before the time listed online, and I had already paid for my order. Something is always wrong. This location seriously needs some help.
Ordered on the app. The Dunkin’ is inside the building. They gave me what they wanted because they didn’t have what I ordered. They didn’t even tell me!
Had a cold brew, a couple of Bavarian creams and some bagel bites. Good stuff.
This is the WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been too! I work in the area nearby and gave them multiple chances! They are always out of EVERYTHING! And they never get the orders right! Whoever does they’re inventory needs to be fired ASAP! They suck and so does this establishment!
WORST DUNKIN EVER!!! Always out of stock, always getting orders, and showing no remorse for all the mistakes they make. On top of that, they don’t know how to make the drinks! I work in the city center a block away so I’ve given them so many chances but it just gets worse and worse. Such a joke
