Don't know how to rate. ATM out of cash and was told it was cash only. Bartender apologized for it, but she was the only one in a room full of people on a holiday weekend. So, she's great but piss poor planning by management and ownership.

Dukes is definitely a place where you can have fun on any day and just chill!
Bartenders refused to come down to our side of the bar and when we asked a bouncer to see if the bartender could serve us he told us “go to the other side or go to another bar”Super rude bartenders and would not recommend coming here again.
Dukes is a cool little place downtown it's a real nice he's got decent price drinks and people that are cool to bartenders are all right and isn't a nice little area there's a bunch of other little surrounding places around there so if you want to get something to eat or something it's a nice it's in a nice place

Strong drinks, very fun, but often overly crowded and a rowdier crowd towards the end of the night which often times starts some kind of fight. Only for people used to the vibe on water street. Aja is amazing and the staff is as attentive as they can be.
My favorite dive/pregame spot on Water St, strong drinks will have you feelin good to start your night
