Great atmosphere. Really amazing pasta flight. Never seen this before but they serve 5 different pastas on a board to share. It was more than enough for the four of us. Had to take leftovers home. All the pastas were excellent in flavor.

Our daughter has wanted to check out Dorsia for a long time, so while in the area we went to check it out. Gotta say there were some good things but mostly it was not a great experience. We didn't have a reservation so we were first seated in the 'back' dining area which was so dark we couldn't see the menu. When we asked for a different table we were told there was a cancellation and we were seated in the main area (good thing). Drinks and appys were excellent especially the big meatball. Then things started to go south. We ordered 3 pasta flights (which by the way is wayyyy to much food for four people) and waited about 45 minutes for it to come (bad thing). The restaurant was so cold that when our food finally did come it cooled off so fast that it was basically a cold dinner. The woman next to us asked for a tablecloth to throw over her shoulders to keep warm and we felt so much better when we stepped outside. The pasta flight thing is so cool, it's a shame the experience was ruined because the wait and the temperature. I can't say recommend based on my experience so you'll have to see for yourself.

A M A Z I N G!!!!! Drinks, apps, and food are out of this world. You will need a reservation weeks in advance. There is a bar with seating, but was 100% full the entire time on a Tuesday night. Great vibe! They have pasta flights, you read this right. Try a few different options but plan on not finishing it.

The food was amazing! We went for our anniversary and for a pasta flight with 3 different kinds of pasta, it was only $38 and we had PLENTY left over after we both were full! We also got the bruschetta which was delicious too! All that included with 2 alcoholic drinks and our total came out to just around $80 for a great meal with leftovers! I highly recommend Dorsia and we will definitely be back!

Appetizers were great however the 3 of us who ate in at the restaurant felt the vodka sauce with shrimp was too sweet, the shrimp was excellent, the carbonara was good not great but good . The pizza was too sweet and soggy Brought the lasagna home for my daughter and her words were”it’s ok but the sauce is too sweet” :(( Disappointed Although the wait staff was excellent we will not be returning.

Came here to watch the Bucks playoff game. We got seated right away, in the back room, without reservations. Since it was just two of us, they were able to accommodate us. For drinks we had the sangria, and Manhattans. They were both made very well. For our meal, we split the Chicken Italiana and the special pasta of the month. Both were amazing. This spot is famous for their pasta flights, but we saw a large party next to us and all the pasta they were taking home. We knew that would be way too much food for us, but a fun idea nonetheless. For dessert, we took home the cheesecake. It was delightful. The space was fun and beautiful. The service was great. We will definitely be returning for another meal soon.

Pasta fly was good, we asked for a 5 pasta flights: pesto, duck piccante, shrimp and alfredo. Among those the duck one was the best. I am giving 3 stars because of the service... we were 3 adults 1 baby and 1 toddler, the staff didn't like the fact we were trying to wait inside the restaurant with our strollers even though it was freezing outside. We were told the wait was 1.5h and they were surprised when we said we will wait. At the end it was only a 40 min wait. Our waitress was nice but she barely came to our table to assist us. The place is nice but it's not family friendly, there is no changing table in the bathroom. Drinks were ok

This place is super cute. Food is delicious and drinks were amazing. We sat outside, good views to people watch.

Dorsia is a very famous restaurant in Milwaukee, and it’s fair: this place is very good. I love the ambience: it’s a small restaurant so it’s not too loud and it’s quite intimate. We get 2 pastas flights, one with pesto and shrimps vodka, the other with lobster mac and piccante. The best ones were by far the pesto ones!! The shrimps and the piccante (both spicy) were delicious as well. I didn’t like the lobster mac. Honestly it was very good, we didn’t finish of course, but it was fat and since we are not used to, we had a stomach ache later in the night. Moreover, the tiramisu is not a tiramisu, too sweet and no coffee taste at all. Also, about 9:45 the waitresses were cleaning the room so we felt in a rush, it was not very pleasant. Anyway, it is still a good place for pastas, you definitely should try!

You can tell this was a very new Milwaukee establishment so I will return to update. Although the interior was stunningly young and updated the host was outside smoking and took quite a while to seat us. She ultimately was our server and came inside with a strong fragrance that lasted through our experience. She overloaded us with a complex menu that was much simpler than described. However, despite the rocky start she bounced back effectively with great dinner service. Which I owe more to the incredible plating by the chef and kitchen staff. Bravo and please keep up the magical flavors in the kitchen. I loved these different shareable pasta options producing a huge range of multicultural flavors for all included.
