Meat lovers Converge! Great friendly staff, good grub. Especially enjoyed House salad with Brisket and the Burnt Rib ends.
This is some of the BEST food I've ever eaten in my life! I ate the pulled pork and my partner ordered the brisket. Both entrees were phenomenal and mouthwatering. I also had the collard greens and chips-both were also amazing. The staff was fantastic and the chef/head cook even came out to briefly speak to us when we asked the server a few questions about the collard greens. I'll definitely be coming back! This might be one of my new favorite restaurants!
The service here was very nice and the waitstaff was quick. Sadly the food here was not as great as the other reviews had made it out to be. The French dip they had didn’t seem to have much flavor and the pickles were rather bland. The bbq sauces were good and the stuffed with dinner were good as well. The drink selection was very good as well. The portions were good but the meats were just barely warm. The price for the meats did not seem to be worth it. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here.
Very glad I came. Our waiter was very friendly. They have a variety of choices on their menu, and the meat was tasty and flavorful. I’d suggest their brisket which is also flavorful. They also have a plethora of sauces that go well with anything you order. Overall this is my favorite barbecue in Milwaukee!
Before going to a bucks game my friend and I tried Doc's out and I have to say I was happily pleased. The service was really top notch. Our server really seemed caring and wanted our experience to be a good one. The ambiance was great! I liked the layout and how every just flowed so seamlessly. The dish that I got was amazing. I would go again just for it. I got the pulled pork with a side of coleslaw and fries. I would hands down recommend this place to anyone that wants to try a bbq plaice in the milwuakee area.
Went to Docs on 6/28/22. Meet Mike Vanga, bartender. Had a coupon for flights. Really took care of me. Great guy. Excellent service. Had a plate with 2 meats. Best BBQ I have had in a while. Highly recommend!

I'm writing this review one-handed while I sip the pot liquor from my collard greens....pleasantly bright, delicious. Ribs were nice and juicy with a beautiful smoke ring -absolutely the best ribs I have had from a restaurant in Milwaukee in DECADES! Brisket was phenomenal as well. Nicely smoked, just enough fat for my taste (you can specify lean,mixed or fatty). No sauce necessary for anything. My new fave!!
We just got back from Midwest Gaming Classic in Milwaukee and ate here both nights, as it was attached to our hotel. Both nights we were waited on by David M and he is a blast! The turkey, pulled pork, and sausage links are awesome as well as the extensive beer selection. Can't wait for next year's MGC!
