If I could give ZERO stars I would. A customer picking up an order told us they were closed...A CUSTOMER... And the last working the register just looked like a deer in head lights and agreed with her... It was 7:45pm. They had just sat a group of people and handed them menus right when we got there. We left and called the main number and they told us that according to what they know, they are open inside for customers. This has happened twice now within a month and a half at this location. Please do yourself a favor and go to the 27th Street location, they are ALWAYS pleasant and accommodating!
Great!!! My first time I came here? Now I’m back for the 2nd round and already I’m faced with a waiters attitude bcuz I asked for a booth for 4ppl they became bothered Why I asked. Then after sitting us down and took our drink orders I was brought back cold watered coffee? now I knew then I should’ve got up and walked out but I didn’t I asked for a hot freshly made coffe and did I wait and wait…………………….. 10-15min for 1 cup of hot coffe smh!!! I don’t think I’ll be back for round 3??
If I could leave a -5, I would.Came in for dinner and was greeted with hostility. Lady asked how many and my fiancé said two while I was standing behind him responding to an important text about a family member passing, and the hostess went off about me being on my phone. Not sure why what I do on my phone matters if we’re still responding and interacting with you, but go off. Sat down at our booth and immediately got up and left. Pay your staff better and hire more people so these workers aren’t stressed and overtired so we can get better customer service!
We both had the 'Fit Slim'. An excellent tasting plate of scrambled egg whites w fresh spinach, grape tomatoes, turkey bacon strips, English muffin and a generous portion of fruit. All this and only 450 calories !Both waitresses were on extended work shifts but were very pleasant.
Unfortunately these people didn’t want to serve black people and it was clear. When me and my party of 8 came in the hostess was nice and was about to serve us until someone came from the back and said they would have to ask the manager if they could serve us. The manager then came up and stated that unfortunately she couldn’t seat or serve us and the place was almost empty however it was only white people there. It’s sad how we are moving back in time. Hope the best for all of them. Black people take your black dollars elsewhere because evidently it’s not wanted or needed.
Nice staffing, very good taste and pretty much everything you ca expect from. Denny's... Unfortunately the waiting time was too much and another waiting time to get our order taken... Other that tan all good. ?
We had to listen to staff yelling obscenities and fighting with each other in the kitchen. My daughter also found an artificial finger nail in her salad. The manager didn't even address the issue with us and I refused to pay for the salad since my daughter only ate a small amount of it and didn't want a replacement.
The cooks had the nerve to send me completely black bacon that was burnt, it was almost ash. I just can't believe they sent me that and didn't think to be considerable and exchange it for better bacon that wasn't burnt bacon, And it wasn't busy at all.. So I'll give them a nice 1 star!!
Me and my son ate there on a Monday morning (mlk day) the service was great. Our server (Meghan?) was awesome. She was handling a bunch of tables, seating people and cashing customers out. She handled everything with a smile ?
the food was cold and not made how it was ordered i found plastic in my desert in which i choked on! my order was missing half the stuff i payed for. i am super disappointed in my visit with you guys ams will never return
