It's not bad enough that you Pay so much for food now and then you ask for extra and you pay for it. And then you don't get it. I might just have to go somewhere else from now on if I can't get what I'm actually paying for. Other than that the food is good but you know it's ridiculous that you have to put up with that why do they charge you extra for extra mushrooms extra sauce extra cheese if they're not gonna give it to you. Kind of like taking my money without giving me the Burger.
Will not be going back. Spent 30 dollars just to get a rotten tomato slice and a bowl of gravy ; had to search for mash potatoes. I was so disappointed.
Went to this location last week everything was fine. Customer service and food was decent. Went today horrible! I went through the drive through got my food. They forgot to put my kids meal in the bag. Of course go in they had it sitting there ready but forgot to put it in the bag smh and the burger looked horrible! Got home didn’t have my gravy for my mashed potatoes just plain! Like come on get it together!
Their female manager is a real life boss! She runs her crew efficiently and is very hands on. A good 90% of the workers here are young. Like still in or just graduated high school young, but everytime I go I never have any major issues. May miss hear your order a little but the managers (especially the younger female) corrects it ASAP without question.I love the service here.
I’m disappointed, I ordered a double butter cheeseburger w/ onions, pickles & mustard to go. I got home & got relaxed, so I could enjoy my burger. WRONG !!!! Why does this burger have tomatoes, mayo & lettuce as well??? I should have known, this was not going to be a good experience, she didn’t speak, she didn’t say thank you. She only said, I can’t hear you. I called the store & was told to bring it back. When I say, I’m relaxed, I mean wearing pjs?? It took everything in me not to return & get my money, but instead, I decided, I do not have to continue to support the Culver's @ Midtown.
I use to like Culver, the food is great, but this time they mixed up orders repeatedly, plus gave my grand daughter order to some body else and we were never served. Other customers had the same complaints. I saw it happen at this store before. Not a store I will ever go to again.
Location has dirty parking lot and manager taking order was super rude. Said, “We ain’t got no milk.” Really, so my kids can’t get milk they only have soda! Won’t be back. Managers that talk like this, staff must be lacking also. And that’s putting it nicely. Go to Shorewood or Miller Parkway for better service.
What a day to go to Culver's so apparently Culver's is enforcing wearing mask so me and three workers we walk in security hops out of nowhere pointing at her face no verbal talking sign language so I immediately noticed that cops have special privileges there's a cop standing in here doesn't have a mask on it's my question is do you have to be a cop not to walk in Culver's to not to wear a mask you going to force someone to wear a mask you should force everybody to wear a mask not just civilians overall food was pretty good as usual but other than that
Culver's never fail me.. They called me to let me know my order was ready. They are extremely good at customer service and never fails.. I go weekly.
Yum. Had a Cod Sandwich Meal and switched the drink out for a shake. I love their shakes!! Oreo with hot fudge and salted carmel.The fish was great. Could’ve had more mayo but it was yum-o, cooked well and flaky. Not super flavorful or anything. The fries were very good.
