Sloppy & dirty. Came here after work to get food. Pulled into the drive through, they forgot my cheese, didn’t make the sandwich how I asked. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through & this is what I got. Cucumbers taste old and just ruined my appetite. Don’t waste your time or money!!!! So disappointed ☹️ would give -2 starts if I could
Never got the order right asked for soda and water they didn't charge me so I had to run my card again for a lousy $2.75 went to go get the order and they were trying to pass a couple of soup off for a bowl of soup not a happy camper I am not this place sucked
Poor costumer service. First of all, they take forever to make your order. I was planing to order 2 (double cheese steak and tuna with cheese and jalapeños) subs 2 shakes, 2 fries and cookies but due to some technical problems (or something) I had to come to the drive thru window in order to make it. The kid taking my order was rude and rushed me into making my order. I ended up just ordering 2 subs nothing added, no shakes, drinks or nothing. They still took over 20 mins to make 2 subs.
Had a coupon. Buy 2 subs and a side get a free sub. EVERYTHING was absolutely fantastic. We got fries and they fresh. We spent under $20. The only negative is no indoor dining. Just drive-thru.
Service horrible, went to pick up subs never even acknowledged us, even after we said have a nice day. Subs horrible nothing we asked off, like they didn't even read what we wanted. Next time will go to Subway!!!
First thing they over charged me the price of a fry. I said I'd take my fries when there done. I only get Cousins fries via fast food. I knew I'd wait but gees. When I left I left with half cooked fries yukk. Twenty minutes I waited. In need of retraining. Don't keep your inside customers waiting.
I come here often because after a long day of seeing patients I sometimes just want some good ol’ comfort food. However it never fails for them to always take forever and I miss out on my lunch which by the way is an hour long. Or the food quality is not up to par. I ordered an Italian special with extra lettuce and receive the regular amount of lettuce. I also ordered a cup of chili that was colder than room temperature. I had asked for cheese to be added so I got charge extra for the additional cheese which I don’t mind. However, I would’ve never ordered the soup if I knew it would’ve been cold to the point where the cheese did not even melt one bit. I ended up throwing away the soup due to it being cold. I unfortunately still come here often due to it being so close to my job. And I continue to tell myself to be competent due to once working in the food industry. However at this point I am just kind of fed up with the excessive amount of time they take making the orders even when you order in the drive-through or ahead of time. They always have you waiting more than 20 minutes expect to wait at least 30 minutes in the drive-through if there’s one car ahead of you. I guess it’s time for me to just find a new sub place that’ll comply with their job’s mission.
I was there once and honestly, you are right what can you do better??? Nothing, actually. I need to go there more often. BUT, your store IS great and great service. I will continue to enjoy coming to your store. I readjusted the rating cause you store deserved it.
Extremely disgusting and lousy service, the women are excessively arrogant and mocking with their clientele. My husband and I went with our daughter, the first time we visited this place and we did not know that they did NOT toast the sandwiches, I asked them to toast it for me and they came out with rejection, saying that they do not toast their sandwiches, they took away our order and the They left everyone to see it, forcing us to catch it cold again since THE EMPLOYEES OF COUSIN SUB WERE IRRITATED.
The order was ready and accurate. Sandwich and soup were exactly as expected. Nothing particularly impressive about the lack of greeting by store associates when I arrived at the counter, as one was on the phone with an irate customer. Once off the phone I still didn't receive any acknowledgement of presence until another associate was tasked with helping me. Very little communication from this person either. She completed the on-line order and tried to pack the soup in the bag with the cold sandwich, and would have to be carried sideways in order to keep the soup in its bowl.
