I should have checked the reviews before I went into this location. I wholeheartedly agree with all these reviews about the slow and terrible (rude and uncaring) service. I was the only customer in the store when I placed my order and it still took 25 min to complete my simple cold 2 sandwich order. There were 3 people working, so not terribly understaffed. Just employees who had no desire to put forth much effort in their jobs. Not Freaky Fast like Jimmy Johns, just Freakishly Slow and uncaring!
Visited at 1230pm- The sub I Had I wouldn't have fed to my DOG! I've never know for cousins sub to have huge chunks of onions on their sub. The girl at Register was irritated, and didn't add everything to my order. I don't understand how people keep their jobs. It's a continuous struggle to get quality service and good food these days. Definitely shouldn't be blamed on shortage of workers. They were fully staffed. Poor management, if the manager doesn't care neither will the staff. Save your money. Bring a lunch.. they don't understand 0 customers means no need for workers.
Where do I even start? So I decided to place a online order for delivery. 3 items 2 Philly Cheese Steak, and a single order of order cheese curds. Unbeknownst to me my order wasn't completed until and hour later. Now tbh its not bad for timing if it's being delivered quickly. But you already know what happened and will probably experience the poor customer service.I in total called 6 times in my attempt to get my order or receive information about it. This situation was horrible to say the least. I awaited 4 hours for nothing while speaking to the same manager. Ke'ari in my opinion needs additional training in customer service but also in professionalism. It will be there in an hour? We are remaking it? I'll have my general manager call you back? Door Dashers stole it? I remake it again and personally deliver it?Now it's the fact in the end she disconnected the call "hung up" for no reason. I never raised my voice nor used profanity at all. However since I didn't except the fact that they wasted my time. Now I'm the bad guy and it's not her fault because it takes 7 business days for a refund. So it's really just the way the situation was handled in the end I'm completely done with this company. Beware ordering online it's a nightmare dealing with 3rd party vendors who deliver and cousin. They point fingers at each other and don't resolve your problem. So I'll await a refund of my $43 dollars and go to Subway!
NEVER AGAIN!!! Today was my second time ordering from their web site for delivery to my workplace. The driver delivered to somewhere in space and getting a refund is HORRIFIC! I called the store FIRST to get a refund. I was told that they have to call corporate and corporate has to call Door Dash. My next call was to the Door Dash number provided in the delivery status text to my phone. Because my order was made online with the store, I was transferred to another person and placed on hold for several minutes while the second person called the store. He never got through to the store; I was told he would proceed with the refund and that a customer service support person would contact me later. From start to finish, this was a terrible experience. The worst part was having to hunt for contact information and a live person to handle the issue. Ordering was easy; refunds and issues should be handled just as easily. I like Cousin's Subs and will continue to be a customer AT ANY LOCATION THAT IS NOT THIS ONE, AND WILL BE ORDERING IN PERSON ONLY!!! Update as of 4/27/2022: refund still not processed.
Entered the store to order a sandwich at 8:15. Was told that they weren’t taking anymore orders even though close at 9PM.
They don’t allow indoor dining at this location. Nothing on their site says this. Just wasted my time driving there.
Worst service ever... Ordered online and my food never showed up.. Called location and after getting hung up on three times they tell me the dont do delivery and hung up on me again. I will never use or use cousins subs ever again from any of there locations. Try some place else their not worth ur hard earned dollars.
Sadly, I only use this store as a last resort. And I am sad to report that they are consistently poor. I tried to report this store via the online form provided by Cousins Subs for my latest visit; however, it didnt allow for a complete explanation and the form timed out. Go in with your cameras running you want find a more consistent source of bad examples than this Cousins Subs.I will not air the same problems here that others have listed - poor service, bad attitudes, dirty facility, inaccurate orders - all of which can be experienced in this store every day. I did on this visit. Why? The on campus location and hungry students say it all. The staff are permitted to behave this way by management and have been enabled for years.This visit: I used mobile order at 12:55 pm which reported to pickup in 25 minutes, prepaid, included tip of $3 on a two, full sandwich order that cost $34. I was on time but it took staff about 10 more minutes to give me the order before I left at 1:35 pm. I went to the "express" line, and was acknowledged 3 times and each time the first staffer turned away and took other orders and even turning her back on me when she could have gotten my order as the customer paid o the kiosk. A second staffer gave me the wrong order and I returned it by sliding the bag within her reach - she accused me of throwing it. When she realized I was recording, she wanted a furrther confrontation, yelling at me as I left the building.No one had masks on despite all other food establishments on the same block following CDC and Milwauked guidelines for public-facing workers to wear face covers, and no one was wearing hand gloves handling food.I recorded much of the activity after the first act of dis-service and as the second staffer mumbled with her back to me, but if Cousins really wants to address they should preserve the store videos from 12:45 pm to 1:45pm on Friday, December 10, 2021 as evidence.I will never prepay at this store if I ever return unless changes are made. Students are clearly willing to settle for such low-bar attitude, but as a senior professional, I expect more for the money and gratuity paid. I an understand a single "one minute" put-off, but three times is inexplicable. Be aware of this store and the other posted complaints to which "owner" responds..."go online and fill out the form." Even the form doesnt work as I noted at the start. I have dozens of reviews that are 90+% positive, so when I feel so extremely wronged by a staff that clearly functions so subpar for so long to so many, I am compelled to share this for the public welfare. I dont know the basis of their motives, since few staff have showed any exceptions to this description, but it is willful, unacceptable and predates the pandemic - without excuse.
Horrible horrible gave them a chance twice they literally gave me a Mayo sandwich. And I ordered the club without the ham ? . I will never be to this location again I never had a bad experience with cousin Everrrrrrr until now.
I love Cousins Subs but this location is not great. They said they don’t have shakes but I can clearly see the shake machine? The workers aren’t friendly and the store is very dirty. They also said their bathroom isn’t open, but I’m starting to think the employees just lie to the customers. I’ve been here four or five times thinking that it will get better, but it hasn’t yet.
