A little slow.But every fast food restaurant is slow these days but they have a very good attitude
Placed an online order, was given a pick up time of 5:55pm. At 6:10pm, my son was told they are "out of bread" and he can wait 45 minutes for more. Yeah, no, can we get a refund? No, because we ordered online? We either wait or we're just out of luck and out of $30? At 6:25pm, he was told they're "working on our order and is almost done"...but I thought you were out of bread? Are we ever going to get our food???
I am a bit of a foodie, and enjoy the occasional meatball sub. I think cousins offering would be a five star if not for it's lukewarm serving temperature. I gave it four stars because the food was not hot enough, in fact the cheese on the sandwich was not melted fully. The fries were fresh unsalted though and the pink lemonade drink I had was a big watery. I've had better experiences at this restaurant so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Would recommend
Worst cousins experience ever! Ordered for pick up it was suppose to be ready by 7:03 the lobby was locked and the workers were not picking up the phone, went through the drive through two times to check if my order was ready they said it was coming right up, called the store they hung up on me two times I finally left without my order at 8:35
Much better, greeted by manager and food was prepared quickly and fresh!
I waited in line like we're supposed to but if your a doordasher you can skip the line. I thought that was rude, I was totally ignored. Didn't feel welcome.I can tell someone black did something wrong here, and I was paying for it.

I used to work at Cousins subs on villard. It started off cool, laid back, easy...But got to the point where when too many females come together, there's bound to be drama and issues. The Manager's are childish and petty. They try to talk to you like your a child. They all got mad because I didn't like them smh But the food however is still great!! I mean how can you really mess up a simple sandwich.
The staff was very nice and polite, The service was great.
Worse Cousin’s Sub ever. I ordered online and paid for my food at 8:03 and received notification it would be ready at 8:18. I arrived at 8:20. Lobby closed early due to short staffed, however a customer waiting inside let me in. I went to the counter and was told the lobby closed and we short staffed and you have to be patient. I said no problem but I ordered online 20 min ago I’m just here to pick up. The cashier told me well it’s not ready there is 7 orders ahead of you and you have to wait in the drive thur line. I had to wait in line with 7 cars ahead of me. I didn’t get my until 9:15. I was super pissed. They need to CLOSE.
