I am impressed with the staff at this location. With Covid going on, most places on capital drive, only have drive thru but this location is open and the staff is friendly and show up to work. Staff members clean the dining area, wiping down tables and sweeping the floor. During the workday this is my new go to for my lunch break. My order is alway correct and is ready in a timely manner.
Our subs were not the usual great quality from Cousin's. The subs did not taste fresh. Onions and meat looked and tasted old.
Had a large order that we ordered ahead of time (day before). Confirmed ordered in the morning. Went to pick up the order (for a work event). Had to wait 30+ min past the pick up time for the order. Do not recommend ordering large orders in advance from this location.
Possibly had the best experience at cousins at this cousins. Great staff and perfect subs
