Probably will be my last tike going to this location. The subs are getting skimpy & just downright hardly any filling at all. Other locations just make a more heartier, filling sandwich. Can't believe have the nerve to charge $12 for a 7.5 double cheese steak sub and hardly put any meat in it.
Waited 30 minutes in line just to be told that they are closing 30 minutes early due to being short staffed. The crew member by the window must of thought it was funny because he/she was laughing and there were three other staff members in the lobby just having a great ol conversation while people’s time were being wasted in line. At a certain point you can not exit the drive through. This occurred 1/20/22 at 9:30pm. My time is valuable and I understand being short staffed during this time, but communication goes a long way.
Tuna sandwich was dry you didn't have a variety of your choices for toppings.
The food was really good but the wait was too long
The general manager Nikita was awesome she gave me great service and attitude and greeted me as soon as I walked Thru the door love it new attitude
Food was made well and the staff in the drive thru were nice. I came back to order more food just because I liked the service.
I had a very pleasant experience Nikita at the Appleton Ave location good food and friendly service I’ll be back
The new general manager Nikita was very friendly and helpful I was lost on the party box and she really took her time and walked me through it thank you
I came and the lady said they where under new management she was very friendly and nice I ordered a double cheesesteak 11.74 kinda high but the service was great
The food was great and the service amazing!! I had the Philly Steak and my food was made to order, hot and delicious!!
