Ordered a delivery. Sub, fry, Mac and cheese. The sub came with stuff on it I didn’t want. Also completely forgot my 5 dollar French fry. Almost paid more for delivery then what the order was worth. How can you honestly forget a whole fry and this isn’t the first time either. Is the fryer clean you don’t want to use it so you can get out of there faster? Do your job or work somewhere else my god .
Clean, quick, fresh, filling.. got a cheesesteak and the meat was way fresher and tastier than subway's steak. The bread is uniquely classic and I will definitely be craving this sandwhich later. Very happy and energetic employees, extremely comfortable, safe, and inviting for being in this part of Milwaukee.
The manager and one male employee were rude. When I said roo the manager He should work on customer service with the young Man,He looked high and I am serious and said Huh... I will mot return. The Ladies who were there were hard ar work and kind.

I love cousin's subs I just wish they hadn't changed the thickness of the bread over time. I've gone there for over thirty years so I now there's been a change.
Ordered lunch online. Only received part of the order and they would only refund half of the money for the items I didn't get. Food was good so I'll give a star for that. Guy at pick up window was so into his conversation with his coworker that he didn't even look at me, just opened the window and stuck his arm out. Would definitely not return.
Cousins used to be my favorite, but they are just not the same anymore. It looks like they just literally threw my sandwich together and put absolutely too much mayonnaise on it to where I didn't wanna eat it. Fries were good and cheese curds were good
