When you ask for your hot food you expect your food to be hotRestaurant needs to not worry about the outside appearance and focus on speed training now in hell should a customer wait 26 minutes for a ham and cheese and cheese steak slap some cooking oil of the meat let it cook dayumm
I could not believe the Service that I received today. The server Deshawnda, was rude and unprofessional. After my number was called, my fries were cold as we're the customer before me. I asked for fresh fries and the server told me my number was called previously and that's why my fries were cold. This was untrue because I was standing at the counter. She then told me I would have to wait for fresh fries and she made me wait 15 minutes and threw the fries in my bag a walked away. I told her I was calling corporate and she stated, " Go ahead, I got the number!" I'll never go back to that cousin again. Guest #269 Cousins on 76th st. 3/4/22.

They never get my order wrong, lot's n lot's of meat, cant never finish the whole samich. Broccoli and cheese soup is off the hook. Short wait time, fresh veggies.

Appear to have a nucleus of organized people making subs here. However it was not extremely busy when I visited, it was past 6p.m. Since I worked in a restaurant from age 16 to 20 years as a young man: I can appreciate young people who can prepare food quickly and do it well. The group I witnessed at this Cousins Sub, for the most part, were all on the same page and I could envision them doing a great job together when the going got tough.
It's best to use their online app/website to order ahead, then pick-up. They have curbside pick-up due to not having a drive thru at this location. Order online, rack up the points and get discounts on your order.
Don't u dare try to go this location after bout 850pm. For whatever reason the bread always runs out at around that time. Pretty good service in the day time lunch hrs. Thank goodness Culvers is close by.
