Chipotle - food is tasty (veggies, meat, salsa, guacamole...). Most impressive to me is the staff. I have always been treated respectfully even when they're very busy. When they're not so busy sometimes we "chat." Also the communication between the staff, on a 1-10 ranking, is on the average 9.2. I must say I've only been to one Chipotle on a weekly basis (or so).

My rice is hard and stuck together like it's days old. There guacamole looked days old as well! The service wasn't all that. They're busy addressing a homeless man who walked in to use the restroom but barely addressed me. No thank you, have a nice day or anything! Worry about your customers first and address the homeless person AFTER you're finished servicing customers. They were telling the guy he couldn't use the restroom to go in there and sleep, or do drugs or do whatever it is he's doing, that's so unprofessional. I will never be back to this location ever again! I'm a paying customer so act like it!

Love Chipotle but I ordered through Doordash and the food arrived within twenty minutes or so, but it was ice cold upon arrival, like it got pulled from a refrigerator. There was hardly anything in my bowl. Half a scoop of a rice and two or three pieces of meat. Incredibly subpar for a place that claims to be so much better than its competitors. If you want your food to taste good, not be ice cold, and actually be a full meal and worth the $12 you’re paying, so the smart thing and go to Qdoba

Myself along with my co-workers put in a group order at 11:15am for delivery. Estimated arrival time was 12:19pm. Ok Cool. Well it's now 1:36pm to be exact and no FOOD!! They allowed some one to walk in, pick up our order, who was not our dasher by the way. Walk out the door with $60 worth of food. Then lied and said they never received the order. Then finally admitted to someone taking our food. They were very unhelpful and rude. They used to be a very good spot but whatever crew does lunch time order are horrible. No accountability at all. So we basically don't have food now!

Don’t Order on the App!!!!!!!My boyfriend and I decided to get chipotle to go and order on the app because they have a very user friendly app.I ordered a burrito with chicken, white rice, pinto beans, lettuce, queso, light sour cream, and light of the red spicy salsa. The burrito was dripping with sauce, through the foil as it was coming out of the bag. I had to get a plate and new foil just to contain it. Took one bite and immediately began to sweat. It was so spicy, I only could eat one bite. My boyfriend offered to switch until he tried it himself. I asked for light salsa, how does that happen???Also, broke the burrito apart to maybe eat the chicken out of it but only found maybe 4-5 pieces total…. In the whole burrito?!? What am I even paying for???So incredibly unsatisfactory and very disappointed wit the quality of this place. The only good thing they have going for them is their guac (which unfortunately isn’t something you can really mess up).

This chipotle is hit or miss. Around dinner time, it is quite busy and there are long lines. We try to order ahead for pick up, and sometimes the orders are great, and other times the order ahead orders are missing parts (like guacamole or queso, which costs extra which makes it extra frustrating), are super messy, or are under portioned. The best time to come here is on the off hours.

Fast service, clean restaurant, and good food. Do you like giant burritos? Hell yeah you do! Need something quick for dinner? Just finished bar hopping with friends and need something quick and filling to top off the night? Forget ordering a pizza. Go. Get. A. Big. Burrito. You go through the assembly line. Tell them what you want on it. They wrap it up and hand you a tinfoil wrapped baby for you to take home and enjoy. You got kids? They've got you covered. My kids will rock a quesadilla any day of the week.Vegetarian? Got you covered. Beans, rice, vegetables, soy chorizo. You can go in and order, you can order online for pickup or delivery. If you're ordering for the family, ordering online for pickup is the quickest, and cheaper than delivery. But if it's you and a few friends out and about, just go in and order. It's quick, and you can usually ask them to hook it up with a little extra this or that.If you're looking for excellent authentic Mexican food, this ain't it.If you looking for something that's quick, tastes great, and hits the spot for not alot of money, this is the place. Don't forget chips.

Great food, Chipotle's food standard is unchecked, and it's not even close. The workers can be slightly snappy when the going gets rough, but remember, they're understaffed, and they are really trying. Otherwise, great service all around.

Not a good Chipotle experience AT ALL. Disappointing because they used to love this place. Burrito poorly made, chips were wilted (I asked for another bag and they were the same way so I gave up), and the prices have gone way up.Plus only half the employees were masked and half of those people were just wearing their mask on their chin. Not going back...

I come to this chipotle nearly once a week and they are consistently the worst; no one acknowledges you, everyone there is so slow, they don’t tell you what they’re out of until you’ve paid (large drink, pay, won’t give me a cup bc she “closed it”), and it’s always a mess. I walked out once bc it was too messy to be considered clean and was grossing me outWouldn’t recommend if you’re remotely in any hurry or have allergies
