Seems they are never open when we are in the terminal for a flight. They must open after 7am maybe, but are closed by 6:30pm. Very frustrating when there aren't many options. As for the service, we have had a few over the years that were really good. Can't fault that. Food has always been hot and fresh, just a very small selection. Seems the bar is the place to be (when they are open anyways) as there seems to be happy folk sitting there. I realize the whole Milwaukee airport shuts down pretty early, but WHY? Sometimes we fly out at 8pm or later, and there's nothing. It's become a joke with us.
The stars are only for the server that puts up with the horrible limited menu and being a Chili employee. The food is dreadfully horrible. Dry and cold. 2 beers 2 burgers cold fry’s 80 bucks with tip and extra 4% surcharge on their already over priced horrible food.
Worst margarita I've ever had, and I feel like I have low standards (lol). The floor and tables were incredibly sticky.
literally gave me a Starbucks cup for my drink. Way over priced and my chicken and fries were over cooked and hard.
Food was good, but the reason for 5 stars was our server Luis. He is awesome!We were seated & seemingly forgotten by our waitress. Luis noticed us & took over. It was very busy but he handled everything like a champ. We observed him working extremely hard taking care of his customers as well as covering for the other incompetent servers.Had it not been for Luis this review would have probably been a 1 star complaint.Kudos to Luis! He should be running that restaurant. He certainly is an asset to Chili's Too MKE!!
My go-to in Terminal C! Haven't been here since COVID hit, but been going for a few years now. Food typically comes out in 10 -15 mins. Just your basic Chili's that does the trick to pass the time while at the bar. Which by the way if it's peak hours, the bar will be full of course.
Excellent service wanted a beer before my flight sat sown and had one in less than a minute
I grew up in Milwaukee and when I visit I have on my list of “must haves” is a brandy old fashioned. So before my plane left I stopped at Chilies as it was near my gate. You can’t imagine my surprise when I asked for the drink and I was told they didn’t have any bitters. I was shocked. Can’t make a brandy old fashioned in Milwaukee? Tsk tsk.
Arrived at 4pm and told they were closed. I understand COVID changes, but if your going to change your hours, post it. Additionally, if your not going to put a closed sign up stating that your closed a little more professionalism would be greatly appreciated instead of being ignored.I only give 4 stars for the bartender being extremely understanding and giving drinks to go.
