Will not go to this location again. Order was wrong as in missing an entire meal and there were only two of us. They brought us somebody else's appetizer, then we told them they set it on the bar for a few minutes before taking it to the people who ordered it. Good thing we did not touch it. Imagine getting food someone else had on their table. Ribs were dry.

No wait for seating which is great, but we came out to celebrate my man's better job he just got and we've been here about 1.3 hours just got out drinks we ordered 10mins after getting here and nothing but attitude from staff avoid at all cost.
One star only because the waitress was very nice.Salt and pepper shakers dirty. Tablet had dried food on it so I asked if I could just get a printed receipt. I wanted my burger well done.Didn't happen. I don't understand how this place is still open. They need to shut down and do some serious cleaning. Didn't finish burger. Left waitress a good tip. I won't be eating at Chili's anymore. Get Gordon Ramsay in there! Serious.
Terrible service and manger was very rude
There for lunch today. The hostess was clueless. Not a hello not a goodbye. The server was great. The food seemed old. Chicken tenders seemed reheated, the Alex burger tasted like nothing and the Cajun pasta lacked any sense of Cajun.Overheard the manager seat someone and tell them “your server is in the bathroom and will be right with you…”Two employees dealing maryjane in the bathroom as I walked in.PATHETIC lack of training and sense of service. Again, except for the server. She was great. Everything else was PATHETIC.
So I recently went to the Chili's at Miller park, and I have gone there many times before but this is my first time reviewing. The food (as always) was exceptional. The restaurant was very short-staffed and this led to some delays and mix ups for our food (which is very understandable). I am leaving this review because the servers were extremely patient and understanding. There was one table there that got the wrong order and immediately started to make a scene. Demanding to talk to the manager, name calling, etc. I understand that when you come to a restaurant you have certain expectations, but being patient and kind to your servers is the LEAST you can do as a customer. The servers we had tonight were extremely helpful, patient, and kind. I will return only because of the wait staff.
Just assume this place is going into bankruptcy. My family has attempted to eat here FOUR times in the past 6 months, with only ONE successful attempt. If you're like us, you prefer not to have to wait 1-1.5 hours to be seated (BTW, at 5 o'clock. That's early, right?) Anyways, #boycottchili's
Used to be my fav place but EVERY SINGLE TIME IVE ORDERED FROM THEM IN THE PAST YEAR FOOD IS MISSING!!! Manager even told me she would send a gift card to my email and never did. No giving them any more of my money.
although this location is struggling with short staffing, the staff that was there did an amazing job. very friendly and helpful! honestly it was the best service i’ve had since the start of the pandemic. gabe was our server, and he exceeded our every expectation!
