I really love the food hear it’s always fresh, but all the ladies that take the orders are racist and rude! They don’t understand how the experience with them is what makes people come back and I wish the owner would speak to them all about the importance of customer service!!
They seem like nice people get order in and out but when i eat the chicken it tastes like rubber chicken literally.. Not sure what kinda chicken it is but i couldn't finish it...
Our go-to place for tacos. We usually get a variety and typically order 20 to 40 tacos whenever we place an order in. The tacos taste amazing and they are pretty quick on completing their orders. They also have a good variety of salsas to choose from. Our favorite is the guac sauce. A slightly creamy guac flavor with a nice spicy kick. I have noticed that they have 'watered' down this sauce throughout the years by adding more cream than actual guac. You can tell because the darker green color has changed and the taste of cream is stronger and more predominant. Bummer to see corners being cut, but the food is still great.The hardest part is getting someone to pick up the phone and actually put our order in. Half the times that we call, the phone just continues to ring and no one picks up. I am guessing they are swamped with orders so they just let the phone ring but I've noticed this happens about half of the time that we've called. This is our biggest deterent in ordering from Chicken Palace because the service can be hit or miss. On multiple occasions, we would call and no one would answer so we would just have to settle for alternative restaurants or food.
My boss likes this place but it’s just okay for me they green salsa is relatively good ?
I love this place. I usually get the grilled chicken dinner with refried beans and rice. They also have an section that sells ice cream and paletas. My favorites are the pistachio and the tequila almond!
We always try to stop here for mangonadas whenever we're in the area. The food is always right on target and hits the spot perfect. I love the variety of fresh salsas too.
We bought some tacos at 5pm, ate the tacos around 9pm and my pregnant wife was chewing on this plastic piece. We called to let them know and they said they can't do nothing about it due to we bought them at 5pm. If it would of happen an hour after we bought them they would of done something about it. There is no difference of time but the fact is that Chicken Palace gave us a taco with plastic in it. We will never go there again.
I'm a country boy from Southern Ohio love a chicken from both Coast and a lot of places in between I have to say this is one of the best I've been to
Real authentic Mexican place. Seems low key and low budget but the food is good. And the messy chicken plate with all fixings on the side really hits the spot.
I ordered tacos with two sides of Mac and cheese and smash potatoes. The tacos had no season and dry the Mac and cheese was extremely gooey to me. This will be my first and last time eating here
