The beer, they do everything right. The space, both indoors and out are inviting and comfortable. Dairyland burgers in house is icing on the cake. The food is just splendid.

Great Beer as always and the Dairyland food is outstanding (chicken sandwich) is anyway. My only suggestion would be you 100% need umbrellas in the beer garden. Sitting in the direct sun is not a great option unless you're interested in getting sun burnt! Had to leave to find shade unfortunately or would have stayed for more beer and food. Cheers ?

Great beer, lovely staff, scenic locale.I bounced around the bulk of their offerings and found them all to be downright lovely. The Ode - Rice Lager was altogether crisp and inviting, the Brewer's Reserve Stout was rich and sultry. I appreciated they provided good glassware and offered a variety of incremental pours, so you can try a whole range of brews and then hone in on some repeats with heartier portions later on. Of special note was the music selection featuring long gone, sadly forgotten bands like Pinback. It's a little difficult to gauge the parking situation, as being from Atlanta, which is always a traffic-snarled nightmare, I found the bulk of Milwaukee to be fairly easy to navigate and park, so I had no complaints there. Why, I would pop in this very afternoon for another rounds of top-notch beer, except for the whole I-Live-Like-Five-States-Away deal.

My husband and I loved the atmosphere at Central Waters Brewing! The staff made excellent recommendations and we loved each drink. Whether you want a hard seltzer or a stout, Central Waters has quite the selection! Excited to try a few of the beers we are bringing back home. We will be back soon!

Great beer in an old church!

Best Wisconsin brewery.Robust flavors. Mai Bock ++ Barrel aged are top choice.Food is good - independent vendor offers fresh hot bar food. Cheese curds are very good.

Great brewery in a historic location. Stairs, but an elevator is available. Parking could be an event, but worth the hassle . Growlers and crowlers are available.

Located in the old Pabst brewing complex, this converted Methodist church has the brewery on site. Beer styles to suit most pallets. Clean facility service was good. Cool place to hang out for a bit.

Amazing beer, great space. Food is outstanding. Parking is tough but well worth it, you may just have to walk a few blocks after parking.

Good food and great beer good atmosphere!!!
