I ordered through door dash. They completely did not get my order right. When I called to discuss matter I was put on hold for 18 mins. Someone picked up the phone to listen if I was still there. They put me back on hold and I wait 43 minutes. I stayed on the line becasue it's the principal of the matter. They didn't get my food correct and I belive that they intentionally placed me on hold knowing they were never going to assist me. I did hang (so they probably feel like they won) up but I am going to call today to speak to a manager. I am also going to dispute the charges. Reaturants want community support but they then treat the community like trash. The food is overpriced. From now on I'll just take the trip to El Beso. I'm going to five a bad reviews on every platform possible.
???? i asked for steak fajitas and got steak stir-fry! This is not impression i was looking for. Rice was pretty good, beans was disgusting! Meat was highly over seasoned and very salty! I wish i can give them ZERO stars!
Loved the lunch special option here, just the right amount of food. Very friendly service from the waitress and a man I assume is the manager or owner. Food came out quickly, I would recommend this place for a good lunch spot.
Absolutely the worst non-service I have experienced at a Mexican restaurant.Stopped to check this place out. First the door going in the building is nasty. Walked in sat at the bar. There was probably 4 people sitting there. I put my money on the bar and waited patiently. 5 mins came and gone. The woman taking care of pickups asked me if I was waiting for a carry out told her no, just wanted a drink. Then the bartenders friend arrived and she was able to get a drink in a couple minutes. Waited a little bit longer and another gentleman came In and the carry out woman asked him if he had a carry out and he did. She yelled over his drink over to the bartender and he was able to get his 7&7 . I got up and walked after waiting over 10 minutes to be Acknowledged by the very inattentive bartender. Good help is sure hard to find.Hope the food is better.Very disappointed ?
Very good food I recommend to every one the food has a lot of flavor and they are so kind and polite.There food is always hot fresh and ready to eat.will recommend for people that want delicious Mexican food.
Best comida Mexicana on the North side. Also, got a BOWL of margarita while I waited for my take out order which only took like 2 minutes to get ready. They were fast!!! This place has been around forever and I will keep patronizing them for their rapid service, delicious food, and big a$$ margaritas. Long live Burrito Bueno!
The food was decent. We ordered 3 entrees which were still hot and fresh when they arrived. But the rice and beans didn't have much flavor. The main dishes were good though.
