I usually have a ok/good experience coming to this location, but today i was very disappointed. Everything went well when seated and our drink/food order was taken, but then the food comes out, only my daughter's cheeseburger comes out and my side of fries..i figured my 6pc wings were coming as a second trip is needed but i didnt get them until after 8 mins later. After i got my wings i never saw my server again..the ketchup bottle on my table was nasty, dry ketchup around and inside the cap. I had to flag down a young lady for me to get my receipt...not going back any time soon.
Reviewing this place sucks because I love the food and atmosphere usually but here goes.Scott the Bartender is the best thing to happen here10/10The other bartender, I'll leave unnamed but she's usually awful. If you dine in, know you will be rushed out. Don't really play even the Bucks games without hearing a complaint and idk wanted to give a 4 star but it's always 50/50 if the service is good. Sucks they don't play the UFC fights, but at least good customer service. And that's 50/50 if it will happen.
Where do I begin? I get there 5 minutes early and my food was still cold. I ordered 15 wings with 2flavors. Each box had at least 5oz of sauce. There was so much that the wings ripped through the box. I asked for extra crispy and got soggy/soft wings. The fries were cold as well. They didn’t even put any paper in the box before throwing in the wings. I Even saw a cook sneeze over the fryer. Nvr again at that location. & I don’t even make reviews, but I just couldn’t let this one go since I usually go to that location. If you wake up and decide that you’re going to mess with people’s food, you should just call in. Didn’t even get the celery I asked for.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I've worked with food, I know how to treat customers. This company needs to fire their employees and hire new ones who know how to talk respectfully. Never had an issue with this place before this incident. They messed up the same order, not once but twice. THE SAME EXACT ORDER. Again, after today, will never be buying from here again. Super rude, they need to learn some manners.
I had a great Time at Buffalo Wild Wings. My Sister and I went here. I tried the blazing challenge with the blazing wings. They were Good. The All American Cheeseburger was Good too. My Sister had the Buffalo Wings and some kind of burger with avocado on it. She said that it was Good. I got to watch the Hockey Game there too. The Chicago Blackhawks were playing
I ordered through grubhub last night and because they don’t have any special instructions in the app I always call as soon as I order. I give my name, full order etc and I let the person know I wanted my wings fried hard and extra wet and these wings came to me cold, barely any sauce on them and soggy which I hate hence why i specify i want them fried hard. the wings were gummy and didn’t even taste fully cooked. so i had twenty dry, uncooked wings I couldn’t eat.me and my sister were also here last week and the place is always empty but there isn’t ever any servers. the bartender had to tend to us, work the bar AND then seat two other tables so she was clearly being overworked. why they don’t at least have one other wait staff present is beyond me but this location could use some work. a million people in the kitchen yet no one helped this bartender on the floor.
Sweet baby rays is not mango habanero sauce. It was delivery, can't get it fixed.

Poor service, poor management. Very poor preparation on very basic wings.. how hard is it to make wings. As if someone through threw a hand full of rub and a dribble of sauce and said ok my work is done. To add, no requested sauce, no requested preference on wing type, and a children's cup of fries.... for $15 you are better off going elsewhere. By the way this is mild buffalo. I wrote to the manager who could not seem to find out what was wrong with this picture and continued asking irrelevant questions over email rather than actively addressing the kitchen staff.
This place is trash. The establishment, the management and the staff. Food does not come out in order and the wait time is horrible. Manager was extremely rude and did not try to be helpful at all with our complaints about our cold appetizer and soggy wings after they were asked to be made extra crispy. The Manager said they don't offer extra crispy wings, but my tray came out with an "extra crispy" sticker on them. So how do you not offer them but have special stickers for them?! Make it make sense.
