On the previous visit, it was a solid place. Right now, I don't know if it is a staff shortage, management, or remodels. But the restaurant was dirty, messy, and unattended. Service was only at the bar, but it took 15 minutes to get a beer, and for someone to take my order, most of the servers were rude. I ordered a second drink, and 30 minutes later, I still didn't have it. It was not a pleasant experience. Hopefully, they will fix whatever issues they have.

This Bdubs location is easily the worst one on the planet. I’ve never had a decent experience over the last 5 years that I’ve lived nearby. They’re likely short staffed as the rest of the world is recently which is understandable, but the service has never been good. I’ve picked up many to go orders and there’s always something missing, and you have to wait for 15+ minutes after the “ready by” time just because it’s so chaotic in there and nobody knows what’s going on. If you’re able, choose a different location.

I just wanted decent wings... They were ok. The rest of the experience was not worth a return trip. First I had weird chunks in my beer a classic symbol of dirty draft lines. There were so many chunks that I had to run to the bathroom to spit it out... Then my order of average tasting wings came out but my wife's didn't. They did make us more average tasting wings. Did they give us anything for free??? No... No wonder this is the least busy Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to, literally no more than 10 people at what should have been a busy part of a Saturday night. Wanted to love. Sad it's this bad. Will not be back. DO NOT PUNISH YOURSELF BY GOING HERE... IT'S NOT WORTH IT GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE IN A ONE BLOCK RADIUS.

I ordered half mild half lemon pepper only got lemon pepper .The cashier kept my change and promised that I had napkins in my bag, well I’m using one of my masks to clean my hands. Oh and my fountain drink had something floating. 1st and last time visiting this location as you can see in my picture I had more lemon pepper than chicken

Horrible location!! Went here before a concert and there was only 1 server for the whole restaurant & bar. How is that possible for a Saturday night and with a concert going on? On top of that the so called " store manager" was just hanging out talking to her friends paying no attention to the restaurant or pitching in to help serve or bartend. Good thing we had a good 2 hours to kill so we didn't care that everything was very slow service since the server had way to many tables to deal with. Also the food runner was very rude didn't say a word to anyone while delivering food and watched a table ask him for ketchup he just ignored them and walked away. Do yourself a favor don't go to this location try other local places.

The bar tender is rude and horrible in customer service we came thursday after lunch and there were only four tables open to eat and they were all dirty so we had to wait rill they were cleaned off. The manager we requested to be our server , she was kind and helpful, clone her...Let go of the rude server slash bartender. Chicken was hard enough ro knock on the wood table and it was all boneless. Again the manager was great.

There’s so many restaurants on water street, please save yourself and go to any of those before you try Buffalo Wild Wings. I wish I would have listened to all of the bad reviews before I went.Took forever to get served, waitress finally took our order and then never talked to us until 30 minutes after we had finished eating. We got mozzarella sticks that were warm but still looked frozen and a container less than half full of marinara that looked like someone had already eaten out of. We also got wings with ranch and carrots but some guy only brought us cold wings and had to ask for ranch and carrots again. Then he only brought ranch and had to ask for carrots for a third time to which he brought 4 baby carrots in a little cup. 4 baby carrots?!? Nobody ever checked on us or filled our waters which would be nice since we got spicy wings, and we had to ask the host for a box to take the wings home to heat them up because we never saw our server. Also, the entire place was smoky and didn’t smell good and filled with angry customers like myself. I didn’t know Buffalo Wild Wings could be this bad, go to any other restaurant and thank me later

I will start with the positive. The wings were great. Hot and saucy. The place was not full at all, but it took me 10 minutes to be seated. No systems in place. My waiter was more concerned about making sure he was tending to his girlfriend seated in front of me than taking my order. When I was finally served, I did not see him again for at least another 30 minutes. He did not offer to refill my drink or ask if I needed anything else.He came back to ask me if I was ready for the check and I said yes. It took him another 10 minutes to bring it.All in all I was very disappointed with my visit. This used to be a great establishment, but wow, has it gone down! Probably my last visit.?

The waiter was extremely nice. However the staff behind the scenes like the kitchen and bar were extremely slow, and made multiple mistakes. My food came out before my friends. Her and her son waited 45min to an hour for their food. Her son's strawberry lemonade took 25min. The guacamole wasn't good at all.

The waiter we had was great. But the food took an hour to get. The kitchen messed up my son’s sandwich and it took about 20 mins to come out. The bar took 25 mins to make his lemonade. Oh and also was disappointed that there was no Mac and cheese.
