What a delightful place with delicious drinks! No physical menu, but the staff are kind and knowledgeable. You tell them your likes and dislikes, and they'll come up with the perfect drink for you. I enjoyed a chocolate mint grasshopper.
What an excellently authentic place. The bar tenders are practically perfect in every way and will craft you a drinks journey to suit your mood. Or your whim. Or your taste.This place is tops, from the practically non-existent lighting, to the engaging and witty staff and beyond. I pitch perfect experience.
I took my husband here for his birthday and we had an absolute blast. The cocktails were delicious and the staff was very friendly. My husband loved their “work in progress” cocktail and my favorite was the “robins nest”. We will definitely be back.
I have heard tons of great things about this place, so my wife and I decided to check it out for our anniversary. It did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a professional manner. Our bartender ( wish I could remember his name) created cocktails for us that were amazing. Drinks are a little pricy, BUT considering they make their drinks from scratch, it works. We will definitely return.

This place is great. No menu. Just tell them what you are in the mood for and the will create a drink for you. I wanted something that tasted like a chocolate malt and they nailed it.
Although it’s difficult to find a weekend table and the lighting is vaguely dim Bryant’s is a Milwaukee staple. They have a really expensive cocktail selection with a quality menu and wait staff to match. I’m lucky to live very close and meet here quite often for various types of entertainment. There is also no food on the menu so do not come hungry!
Bryant's is the number one hidden gem to Milwaukee!! It's dark, old school, and delicious. There is no menu, you just describe what your in the mood for such as rum and fruity or whiskey and herbal and they will create magic. They also make ice cream cocktails. Prices are reasonable like $8-$10. No food options, street parking, and could use more covid safety measures.
It's OK, I need to revisit with my own drink choice rather than leaving it to them. The Pink Squirrel is rich and might leave you with a tummy ache. Classic joint though.
