Food is awesome the owner and he was to cook as well fix our food perfect and the place was clean an so perfectly made food Awesome wow thtz my 1st. Time going I'm definitely going again tell everybody you want good food for breakfast this is the place to go. You also can't get outside on the patio as you can see lovely view calm setting a place where you can sit and eat and enjoy just the sound of water and nature

Brim was our bright spot on a cloudy day! Our original wedding plan was completely changed 90 days before our 10/10 wedding. I called around and by some unbelievable strike of good luck Brim was available on our date. Not only were they available but they held our date until we could come in and do a tasting. The food was out of this world. They make these potatoes that I will be dreaming about for years to come. They were both there for any question we had, responded so quickly to my *many* emails (sorry again), and reassured me every step of the way-especially when I freaked out that we randomly wouldn’t have enough food and I was reassured we would be perfectly fine. The week of the wedding they were on top of everything and very organized. The day of the wedding they were all very punctual and professional. The food was again- out of this world. There was not a single guest that had anything negative to say about the food and we have some pretty picky family members/friends! I could go on and on about how amazing they are and how lucky my Husband and I for stumbling across Brim’s Catering, but just know if you book with them you will have an amazing experience. Don’t hesitate to have them cater your event! You won’t be sorry! P.S. order the mashed potatoes.

We had a great bridal brunch catered! The food was delicious and everyone loved the flavors. Even the scrambled eggs had a little something special about them that we couldn't put our finger on. They were professional, courteous and on time. Would definitely recommend for an event!

Brim Cafe was incredibly professional in catering our wedding and crucial in ensuring the entire thing went off without a hitch.My wife and I had tried a handful of caterers as we planned our wedding and Brim stood out immediately. The food was amazing. We also felt that the dinner packages felt the most inclusive compared to other caterers we tried. Whether you are looking to plan a wedding on a budget or go all out, you won't feel like you need to sacrifice any elements of a good dinner. The staff that worked the event were great, managing the buffet table and keeping track of the dining area. Brittany herself was constantly checking in with my wife and I to see if there was anything we needed and making sure things were running smoothly.Another important note was how big of a role Brittany played in ensuring we had all of our ducks in a row as far as the actual wedding goes besides just dinner. Brittany was always asking me questions about the wedding and the various details that would take place that evening. Without her asking the questions, most of the time I wouldn't have even thought to plan for some of the things she asked me about. We did not have a wedding planner and our venue coordinator wasn't always very helpful, without Brittany and Michael at Brim we likely wouldn't have had the event that we had.Brim will definitely take care of you, I was very happy with everything and I plan to recommend them to everyone else I know that gets married! Definitely give them a try, you will not be disappointed!
