Very nice atmosphere. The bartender was a lil slow in the service and I didn't like how the artists are playing in a lil back room and there is another sound system in the front around the bar playing different music than the performers. Just a personal preference. Everything else about the place is great. There are a couple pinball machines and a few slot machines.
Usually have fun here, I've definitely had a good time at different music performances and open mic comedy night. The bathroom was utterly disgusting, I suggest stopping to use a gas station bathroom or pee behind a dumpster in an alley before you get there

Went to a burlesque show which was amazingly sexy. They always have interesting events whether it is open mic, comedy night, dance music, and live performances. Usually no cover.

Grungy Riverwest bar at its best! Love the back room all stickered up by bands of the past. The clientele is funky and friendly. Good bands the night I went.
Went there on a random Thursday and it was basically dead, but the people who work there were super chill and friendly. Honestly the riverwest neighborhood as a whole has that vibe, everyone here just seems cool. The beer selection is kind of weak but the atmosphere is neat. I have yet to see any live music here.
Open Mic/open jam is great! Reaaallyy late on a Monday, but I'd say worth it :)
worth going if there is good music. it has always been something like a house party that i'd end up at if i was with someone who knew someone who knew someone who knew someone who often had large parties with many strangers
