1st time in, ordered the enchiladas and they were soooo good! Asked the server for her opinion and she hooked me up! Had 2 drinks and they were pretty good, that blue moon margarita was strong enough to make me want another ?. Definitely recommend this place and I'll be back.
This place is one of our favorites. The staff is always welcoming and the ambiance is fun. The food is always fresh and always great taste. Never disappointed at Botanas. We always leave satisfied. Give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed.
The BEST authentic Mexican food in Milwaukee, WI by far!!!! The service was amazing as well. My family and I had an EXCELLENT time celebrating my sister's birthday ? ?????!!!!
Food is good but definitely not a restaurant that I will be drinking at again. I get that I didn't realize it is a $10 price difference to add flavor to a pitcher of margaritas. I guarantee I would have skipped it if I knew. Really though, that is over the top. When I asked why it is $10 more for flavoring I got told they add extra things and its more work. As a bartender it makes me wonder what are they using in the flavored margaritas...fresh fruit??? Since it's more work is that price difference going to the bartender? It's been two days since and it still bothers me. Pretty sure I will stick closer to home and continue to enjoy having some drinks with my meal.
Botanas is the go to restaurant in Milwaukee for amazing Mexican food. Huge portions and always delicious. Olivia is a great server and makes you feel like she genuinely cares. You can tell she loves her job and has great suggestions for food and drinks. Every time I'm in the area it is a must visit. Love, love, love the welcoming feel!
Jaime's favorite quickly became one of mine. Four different enchiladas to tempt the palate. Attentive, quick, friendly service. Good drinks. Some of the best Mexican food I have had in some time. Recommend highly!
I ordered takeout and it was bomb dot com. Very well packaged. Food stayed hot.
