First time at Blue’s Egg and my wife and I were greatly satisfied. The food was delicious, great twist on drink variety and the service in my strongest opinion was bar none-from the front counter to lady that seated us to our waitress. Our waitress Katie H. was very engaging and attentive. Though the food was done right, the service is the main reason I can’t wait to go back. We will be going back.

Came here for brunch with family.I ordered the Enchiladas omelet with a gluten-free pancake. It was the best GF pancake I've ever had. I want the recipe!!!Hopefully I'll be back!!!
Great service and then food amazing! Super flavorful and good size portions! Must get the Berry French toast, monkey bread, banana walnut pancakes!
They have lots of good choices for breakfast. We had the stuffed hash browns which they're known for, and they were very good. The paprika sauce they put on them is delicious. They have homemade hot sauce which my bf liked. Our server was excellent. The decor is pretty much what you expect for a breakfast place. I'm very glad that they take reservations now, because we tried to go there previously and the wait was so long that we had to go elsewhere. Will definitely go back.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday. We had reservations for 1pm but got there half hour early. They were able to seat us within about 10 minutes which was nice. This was our first time here. We were seated in the back room which we were happy to see since we did not see it when we walked in. We both had the buttermilk chicken sandwich and it was unique and good. There was a tasty sauce that came with it plus fries and a pickle that was very good. Our server was friendly. We now want to come back to try the breakfast.
Wow....seriously...just wow...amazing food. Great old school diner vibe...very friendly staff... I ordered some kinda scrambled eggs with shrimp and calamari and scallops in it....it was absolutely GLORIOUS. THIS SPOT IS VERY BUSY...you may have to wait a few minutes to grab a seat but lord have mercy, it is worth it...
Went two times during the course of a long weekend. Breakfast both days was excellent, as well as, the service! The food, especially the cheddar home fries, were prepared perfectly. I would highly recommend!
