The service was fine. Food was good nothing mind blowing. Would not go again if I didnât have a gift certificate.
Went there for my Birthday and it was a very nice experience. The spicy fried rice is to die for.
Service was amazing. The chef was such a good vibe.
It was just okay. Nothing great. No Crab Rangoon, No Root Beer, 2 flavors of Japanese Soda and No Avocado. Would not substitute Broccoli for Mushrooms. We always like Japanese Hibachi. This place needs some updates considering the high cost. Foods did taste good though.
Food was excellent but service was very rushed by both our waiter and the chef. There were plenty of tables open/available while we were there, so there was no need to rush us through. The Hibachi chef also did not do the full performance for our grill table as other chefs were doing at their grill tables. We felt cheated since we had looked forward to dining at Benihana's for quite some time. (We live near Madison so it is a good drive to Milwaukee for dinner.) We have dined at Benihana's several times before and were never rushed through as we were this time accompanied by some friends who were dining there for their first time.
It is insanely loud. I couldnât even hear my daughter, who was seated next to me. Our server was going through the motions and couldnât have cared less. Our medium rare steak was well done and was like chewing leather. It was also extremely hot in the restaurant and it was not an enjoyable experience.
It was amazing n so much fun
Good was good as always and great experience. Always seated with great people to :)
Everyone was great and made my husband's birthday feel amazing. Except for the host. We needed to circle the block one time to get parking, the rest of our party was already at the restaurant. The host had the party call us to confirm we were still coming. It wasn't even our reservation time yet. We got there at 550pm our reservation were at 6pm.
The cook didnât season the food well (sometimes not at all). And the shrimp wasnât cook enough. We asked if he was new and he wasnât.
