I love this bar Great service and atmosphere.
It’s a chill spot with quality, reasonably priced cocktails and cool vintage/antique decor. The bartenders are great at what they do.However, I wish the bartender would play anything but dated 2000s pop punk and music you’d hear in a TV commercial every time. I’ve been here in several occasions and and this what they play—all night. If “Dance Dance” by Fall Out Boy or “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” by Panic! At The Disco are your favorite songs, this is the place for you. I think I even heard these songs play twice in one night.If I could offer a suggestion, it would be to switch it up, or better yet, get one of those jukeboxes that people can request songs from their phone. Music is a vital factor in a bar’s vibe!
Edit to the owner: sounds odd but I paid for a pineapple drink. I asked the bar if they had a fork so I could eat the pineapple and they didn't. Imo that is surprising. If I'm paying for half a pineapple and the drink seems to be mostly ice cubes, I'm gonna want to eat the pineapple to make the cost of the drink feel worth it. Maybe have some forks ready.Fun bar. The pineapple drink was cute for one. I changed it up after to Moscow Mules. I could tell which bartender was making the drink based on how boozy they were or weren't.

Quite the artist of a bartender, quality selection of spirits, and energetic music within a cozy setting. Definitely a go to for tasteful cocktails.

Went down to Milwaukee to watch the Bucks in game six of the NBA Finals. The Bucks pulled it off and so did the staff at Belmont Tavern. The drinks were going down smooth like Pat “Vanilla Thunder” Connaughton’s 3-point shot. The Bucks won and I felt like flipping a car over, but thankfully I made the decision to wait till we run it back next year. Fun bar, good game and even better people. #bucksin6
