We were thrilled to find a vegan restaurant that was new to us and the Beerline Care did not disappoint. The food was delicious! The have a varied menu so it is hard to choose. The staff is terrific. We were able to eat outside, which was lovely. The service was a little slow (you order at the counter and there was a line---we are not the only ones who like this place. I forgot to order a couple of items so had to get back into the line) but the staff is so terrific, the setting so relaxing that it really wasn't a problem. We will definitely go back there next time we are in Milwaukee.
Just moved into the neighborhood and we went to the cafe to check out breakfast today. Super chill vibe was very welcoming and the menu selections suited us very well. We both very much enjoyed our choices and sat at the window with nice cups of coffee to accompany our meals. So happy there is a place like this we can walk to. Looking forward to going back soon to try out the smoothies. Highly recommend!

This place is my go-to for vegan options in the area!! Creative recipes and great selection! I especially love their juices and smoothies! Their hours can be a little tricky to follow- they change too much- but overall I enjoy giving them business!
Best food and best staff! The owner, Michael, is very nice and always there. A smiley staff is always willing to make the best recommendations and seem to have fresh delicious NEW menu items all the time. It's a rarity to find a restaurant that you have NEVER had even one bad meal at. Beerline is a staple for our house. Michael also periodically donates to our non-profit farm sanctuary, and allows us to have a donation bin up by the register. It's people like him and his staff that make vegan food so fun exciting:)
I developed multiple food intolerances a few years ago and have had a hard time finding places that are safe for me to eat that I like. Beerline is by far my favorite place I've ever been to!! They have so many things I can eat and all of them are delicious. Theres new things to try all the time and they are great when I need to swap or leave things out due to my dietary needs. I've never been disappointed. So glad the inside is back open to see the artwork as well. Such a great Milwaukee space. Great for gluten free, dairy free and vegan options.
The food is really good and affordable. We tried the Mushroom Barley Burger and the Portobello Cheese Steak! Both were great, but I loved the Portobello Cheesesteak ?! We also picked up some Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies! Those were also good! You must try this place! Will be back!

Ive only been here twice but both times had the same experience. Great staff, very attentive and genuine. Food is amazing - best vegetarian food in the area. Highly recommend trying this one out.
My son took me to lunch here. We were still able to eat outside but I did notice that servicers and back of the house were masked up appropriately. The food was tasty but nothing to get super excited about. Definitely worth a repeat visit.
