Great little icecream place. Really yummy ice cream at a good price. Family friendly. We went on a busy Sunday afternoon and were served quickly. I would 100% go back and bring friends.

Great selection of ice cream with friendly and diligent staff! Conveniently located in a great area with a nice “night life”, perfect way to cap off a date night.Can’t wait try their ice cream cakes! (They had a sign saying it was the best in Milwaukee!)
Love the icecream but EVERYTIME I come in and the owner is there she treats her staff like garbage. These young teen girls take the brunt of her frustration and it’s pretty sad. She was training a girl once and was reprimanding her instead of teaching her the process to make a shake. I’d rather have my shake a soupy mess than watch her scream at her about the proper process (it was seemingly her first time making one). I could never imagine treating young staff this badly over icecream considering they dont make very much hourly as staff, yet they showed up and it’s probably their first job. The owner has a very sour attitude anytime I’ve seen her and it’s been multiple times I’ve seen her berate her staff and it’s so unfortunate.

Not exactly as I ordered in person. The attendant should have confirmed what i wanted back to me. The ice cream here is pretty good. I like the Mackinac island and exhausted parent the best. I love Mackinac fudge. But i really like coffee ice cream and this was a unique one. I would definitely come back sometime for that.The chocolate waffle bowls with sprinkles are a ton of fun to eat. There’s a Chocolatey crunch much like a frozen KitKat bar.You’d probably have to eat it there though because they don’t have carry containers for them.
Very bad experience. My 7 year old asked for a Waffle cone with almonds that crack right when one of the employees put the scoop in. So the employee automatically put it in a cup, so I replied by saying “ aren’t you going to change the broken cone in to another one?” ( since we wanted a cone not a scoop on a cup with a weird looking cone now) so she ask another team member if she could do that, and she rudely said no, to just add some waffle crumb as a topping. Like what the heck we asked for a cone not a cup. What type of customer service is this??
The young lady that served us quoted me the wrong price, when I questioned her about the price she said it was taxes. Plus, her attitude was not pleasant. Probably will not patronize again
Try to come here at least once a year. They have a really good selection of flavors and toppings. They have a freezer for ice cream cakes and pies. The employees r always friendly.
Really disappointed. A very small cone for $4? $6 for a regular shake? This isn’t some swanky place or neighborhood…it’s Bayview. They need to offer more value for the money. Maybe it was just a bad employee but I won’t make this mistake again trying here again. It’s a cute place and quality is good but prices are WAY too high!
