I ordered a fish and chips with a side salad. the fish was extremely under cooked, under the batter was moist and fell apart...for something fried. The side salad was not included at all. I ordered onion rings; they were cold. it was money wasted I endt up throwing it in the trash...very disappointing, never again.
The food was actually good. I almost gave up on Applebee's food until now...I'll try it again! Not too many people there that afternoon still waited a lil extra time to be served. I believe due to staff shortage. However, the waitress was a younger lady didn't have any motivation or energy, maybe she wasn't well....

Well food is ok sone of them have a strong taste, waitress don't look like want to be here, does are training the new ones when i came in the all siting in a table and i was waiting to any off them come take like 5min firbthem come and sitting me they present there self but the welcome you not feeling it so apple bee change for tge last 3year and everything when down,
worst place ever, dirty , service is ridiculous and they tried giving us silverware off a dirty table a party just left from. ended up having to use plastic forks. DO NOT PATRONIZE......
The bartender was great and worked very hard. The lack of employees made me wonder where the salaried managers were. Why aren't the salaried managers there to help the employees and servers on duty. The servers are overwhelmed because of the lack of help and the customer receive negative service because of that. Salaried managers should be filling the gap
WOW .......... this is the first time I visited this Applebee's, and it will be the last time. First ..... the food was good. But ....... The service was the worst I have ever experienced. There were maybe 4 tables occupied, when we arrived. The place was almost empty. It took over 30 minutes for our simple order to arrive at our table. There's no excuse for such miserable service, other than the incompetent staff. Never visit this "dump" again.
It was a long wait to get seated and get our food. My burger was tough and I had hair in my food. I watched a family leave a they left a mess. One of the workers who cleaned up that area did a very POOR job. They never wiped down the tables, the bench seats of the chairs. There was food still under the table and a dirty diaper on the bench swat.
Service was slow, waitress completely forgot about us, my adult beverage did not come out right and the food was meh ?Won’t be coming back
My mom and I went for a late dinner. It took our waitress about 10 minutes before she came by, it wasn't crowded. My mom asked for decaf and she said that she didn't think they had decaf and went to check... 15-20 minutes later she comes back with decaf. Our food came back lukewarm at best, paid extra to upgrade the steak & it was so small. There were kids running and yelling during our meal. It took so long to get service and food that we finished at closing time, so instead of putting up chairs near areas where there weren't any people, they decided to put up the chairs at the table next to us, there were still people there but only the tables by us were the tables put up...never going back here again.
