Wow! We loved this hidden gem on Hampton. Big beautiful industrial-chic space with an enclosed patio which we took full advantage of. The food here is delicious. Highlight would be the Nam Kow, a must have appetizer consisting of crunchy fried rice, savory sausage, and a flavorful umami- bomb sauce. We also had the egg rolls (crispy, not greasy and flavorful) as well. For entrees, I had the pad see uw (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) which was flavorful and delicious. My wife has the volcano chicken, which was crispy and coated in a sweet and savory sauce. In addition, we also tried their cocktails, which were refreshing as well.As a final note, our server was great, willing to make small talk as well as explain the dishes to us. This is some of the best food we have had in a minute; please do find the time to the Northwest part of the city to check it out.
Me and my family came out for my brother in law's birthday! We wanted to try something different but was a little skeptical about the location and I must say,it was a wonderful experience!!! Very beautiful atmosphere with peaceful fun-loving crowd. The waitresses and bartender were amazing. Showed very good hospitality and the DJ was on point! They showed us a very good time. They had slot machines which added to the fun. They kept checking on us and did their very best to accommodate our every need. We will be back again. GREAT JOB- the only reason they received a four star is because its extremely expensive for you to rent out the space so I was disappointed with that but plus side their bathrooms were CLEAN TOO! that's a big thing for me when visiting new establishment s. Check it out for yourself-very spacious
Very modern restaurant and it's beautiful. I ordered almost everything on the menu to taste test with my whole family. Everything is delicious. I am a very big fan of phad thai and phad seew.I was very disappointed on how it tastes. I'm part of thai and know what authentic thai food taste like. Hopefully they improve their stir fried noodle taste. It wasn't too bad. It just had no flavor to the noodles. I'm happy with their meat choices they have on the menu. I love their sauce pepper with sticky rice.
Came for lunch on a Sunday around noon with a party of 7We got chicken wings, eggrolls and crab rangoon as starters. Red & green curries were more broth-y than thick. Beef jerky, larb, volcano chicken and pad Thai were yummyWouldn't recommend the pho, sweet pork or red curryOrdered the nam kow to go and it was a lot less than anticipated for $12
Didn't know what to expect ?.However, I was pleasantly surprised ?.The staff was very friendly, the ambiance was great and the food was delicious ?!Portion sizes are huge and considering it was hmong food; it was very good.A d they have karaoke every Thursday night.. even upon request on other days and nights!I recommend this facility for any one from any back ground. Very diverse setting! And most of all very Affordable! $$EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!
I cannot say enough great things about this place!! It's beautiful, the staff is so friendly and fun. And the food is just incredible!!! I can't wait to go back!!
So happy to finally check out An Ox Cafe! We tried a handful of their dishes. Great flavor, decent portions. Service was quick and friendly. Full bar and lots of TVs. Due to the size and layout of the space it becomes loud quickly so if you want a more intimate setting this might not be for you. Look forward to trying more dishes and giving them 5 stars!
Don’t be discouraged about the location. The friendly staff, service and delicious food is well worth it!
A great spot if you want to watch sports and enjoy southeast Asian cuisine! The interior of this building is welcoming and beautiful. My favorite dish is the Nam Kow and Lao Sausage! A must try restaurant!
Very nice restaurant. Food and service were excellent. We especially enjoyed the cucumber salad and the drunken noodles. Will definitely be going back.
