We stopped here for lunch because we ate here a few months back and we had a delicious dinner and wanted to eat here again. Our server seemed great at first but slowly it went bad.We ordered drinks and an appetizer and the seafood dip was very good! Our food came our fast and the deep-dish pizzas we ordered were great. My soda was empty when the appetizer was finished and I didn't get a refill until after our food arrived, the manager who dropped off our food at our table didn't see or seem to care that my glass was empty and our server didn't care either. I waited until I saw him 10 minutes later and he must have seen that I was going to ask for a refill and he turned around and went to get me a new soda, I thought great! We ate our meal until we were stuffed...very tasty pizza! Our server asked if we needed boxes and we said just 2, he brought three....2 Styrofoam and one massive 3 section to go box for 5 pieces of toast and 2 tablespoon worth of the seafood dip, my husband even said, that's okay we can fit it in our box. The server took the appetizer plate and went to the table behind us and emptied in into the large take out container. Ok...we thought....thinking he was just trying to be a good server but we didn't want #1. Wasting such a large plastic container and #2. The thought of having someone touch our food during a still ongoing covid health awareness...not okay.We just ignored not wanting to hurt feelings or make something like this an issue and just knew we'd be tossing out the left over appetizer.Well we really though we'd be in the clear to get our check so we could pay and be on our way but no....things went ever further south. We waited 10 more minutes for him to bring the check to the table..during that while we waiting he began to buss our table and carry away our dirty dishes and he gathered up 3 personal pizza pans and plates and things and my husband even asked, "are you sure you can carry all that", he had a small tray, and the server replied, yes he could and then proceeded to drop a plate, a sharp knifes and a pizza pan onto my sisters arms, chest and lap.His instant reply was, "that's never happened before" and just began to pick up what was dumped all over my sister...and after our responses of "oh my gosh" and gasps...he then, not instantly, said sorry...never offering to get more napkins so she could wipe the food off her or anything, he gathered the plates and things and walked away.My sister was so embarrassed....and then upset. We waited in total 20 minutes from getting our boxes to getting the check. We placed the check standing up at the edge of the table as you typically do..and he would not come back to get it, now I understand if he might have been embarrassed too but 30 minutes was getting to be a very long time just sitting and waiting and I know for a fact besides the family behind us there was only a handful of guests in the restaurant so he wasn't busy at all, matter of fact he spent time chatting at the bar with a coworker...the second I saw that I was very inpatient and I took the check and stood up and looked in his direction....only then he came over. I was fully prepared to go check out at the front.I'm sure everyone has bad days and I'm sure this may have been his first few days on the job but customer service needs to be more important that wondering around chatting and not doing the job.Now dropping food and utensils on my sister was very avoidable by not piling so much onto a tray, that issue needs to be addressed. My sister was alright...dirty from the food and her apple watch took most of the hit, not sure of its broken as I haven't asked her. But come on, be very apologetic at the very least...The food was great, service not so much.

I recently ordered pizza from your organization through an online delivery app. I had heard really good things about your pizza, so I decided to try it. Upon receiving delivery of my pizzas(intact). I discovered it was half cooked, and the crust was soggy. The food was bland with very little taste( no, I was not sick). I’m sure I will never eat this pizza again, as it was disgusting( one slice, the rest in the garbage). I ordered two pizzas, and it was a waste of $50. I do not need a response, just wanted to know my thought.

Like so many chain stores they are struggling with staff. Here they have plenty of young people who are in desperate need of training. We talked with the Manager who is over whelmed. The food was good and we did end up with good service after a rough start. Patience with the young staff at least they are willing to work for their money.

They make a spicy Pizza which can catch up to you if you eat too much. I got the regular crust which was quite good.

Had the vegan deep dish pizza, it was really good. The server was great. I was with a friend I hadn't seen in a while and he gave us the space to talk but was also attentive.

Went for a Sunday lunch, this is the beyond meat burger with grilled onions and fries. The burger was good. I can appreciate the vegan options and this being a place I can enjoy with meat eaters. We also had pitcher margarita, it was good.

This place had fast service and we came at a slow time for the restaurant. Our server was patient with us and repeated things when we asked. When she delivered the food or got us drinks refills she did it in a way that was not pushy nor intrusive. All n all a very good experience.

Some of the best service we have received dining in in a long time. Our waitress was amazing. Very knowledgeable and so pleasant with us and our kids. She did so good in fact we told the manager afterwards about her service. The food was pretty good as well.

Hello my server was wonderful , the Manager however never came to my table to see if everything was going well with me or my grandkids , the manager was very nice to the people that was seated behind me, the manager even walked pass my table never said a word to me or my grandkids. I ask the server that served me was she the server of the people behind me , she stated yes I then asked her was that the manager that was at the table behind me she stated yes. I asked for his name I believe she said his name is Brian I explain to her the situation that I felt of the manager not saying anything to me or even ask me if everything was alright that I will be calling the corporate office about this. She then went and talked the manager about my situation he then came to explain but I told him the whole time I was in here with my grandkids you never spoke to me at all and that you was very friendly with the people behind me. I teacher my grandkids to treat everyone with respect and equally. I will not ever return back here especially with my grandkids. I choose UNO due to I really like the food as I grew up eating UNO pizza in Chicago. I do hope that this manager will learn from this experience I know I have.

Wonderful experience. The staff where kind and the table was clean. The food was very good! Highly recommend the potato pizza appetizer.
