Always a pleasure to spend time with wonderful people and fantastic friends. I cannot imagine a better place to come together in Milwaukee. Unfortunately all great things must come to an end.... We will always remember you Schwabenhof.
AMAZING fish fry. Legendary. Super convenient! Employees are knowledgeable and helpful.
We go for the fish fry. We have eaten there and have done carry out. Fish is always good. Their French Fries have a great seasoning/flavor. Prices are a little high but I think that's now due to supply issues. I got 5 dinners carry out tonight and it was $80. It has a nice atmosphere that is slightly outdated but I like that more than a big chain restaurant anyways.
Lack of help made the service slow and the food cold. Employees worked hard, but just not enough help brought in
Sadly the worst fish fry my husband and I have ever had. He used to come here and has seen a huge decline in the quality. The fries were super salty, my veggies were heavily over seasoned and the fish was soggy and over cooked. Plus they don’t have servers anymore. It’s like they just don’t care.
Unfortunately I cannot say how our experience was, because we never had one. I understand that it is hard for companies to find good employees to work and earn an honest living. Please make sure everyone who reads this thanks their local Democrat.The reason I gave 2 stars on this rating is because there were no signs, nothing on their website or anything about how they were only taking to go orders. For a family of four, who has never been to this establishment, maybe we wouldn't have driven the 20 mins to this establishment if we had some knowledge.
Beautiful evening for some German beer and music
What a fun time in their Biergarten on a Thursday night! It had been a long time since my last visit. Great beer selection and good food. Music, singing and trivia. You can even bring your dogs! Made new friends! Will definitely go again! And, according to my friend, "the bathroom was immaculate!" - that's always a plus in my book ? Enjoy your visit!
Thursday nights in the summer are great relaxing in the beer garden with friends! There is always something a little extra here to make it feel like a German beer garden.
Very nice biergarten. They have a playground for kids. Family atmosphere. The prime rib is great!
