Highly recommend! Catered them for a family party of 30 people this past Saturday. The food was amazing! I ordered the pulled pork, chicken, pork belly and Mac & Cheese and the prices are very reasonable. Picked up the order and they had it ready at the exact time they said it would be ready. Very friendly and responsive to email communication!
my fiance and I went to Smoked at 225 for a nice lunch. I had the beef tri-tip, Mac and cheese and Cole slaw and my fiance had the pulled chicken and fries. Everything tasted fantastic! the icing on the cake was when I took the first bite of the Mac and cheese it reminded me of my grandparents when they used to make Mac and cheese when I was a kid. brought me to a warm place 20/10 would go back again and again
Pork belly is not my favorite BBQ item but the pork belly here was absolutely amazing. Tri Tip needed more salt to my liking but overall enjoyable with the delicious yams. They were out of macaroni when I went but the baked beans made a surprisingly nice substitute. Do not get the pulled pork unless you want to be disappointed. My girlfriend got the ribs and they were good, not great, but the BBQ sauce added the needed flavor to be satisfied. The highlight was the banana pudding. It alone can give this food truck/trailer a Michelin Star. Come here hungry, and leave full.
Some of the BEST BBQ in the area, haven't had anything on the menu I didn't like. Pulled Chicken is super juicy and delicious, Cheesy Chicken Egg Rolls YUM just to mention a few items. Jonas, Amy and their staff are awesome. This is a MUST try if you like BBQ.
I’ve seen this food truck many times as I frequent A Better Me Spa right next door and today I finally gave the food a shot and I’m so glad I did! We got two trio’s and tried every meat. My kids loved the pulled chicken and pork! I thought everything was great! The collard greens were out of this world. But the best was the man in charge of the grill. He was quite the character. Very friendly, outgoing and funny. Thanks so much we will be back. Oh and the banana pudding!!! We’ve never had banana pudding before and now here I sit looking up recipes for banana pudding :) Thanks again!!
Amazing quality of meats and sides! I have tried every item on the menu and always consistently great! I recommend over and over!
Went here off a recommendation and Jonas and Amy are the owners and they are so welcoming feels like family. Never ate down south bbq with a twist of Asian zing I loved it. If you ever travel to the Midwest they are worth every penny and the whole experience.
Best BBQ I've ever had. I go every time I can and it's delicious. Highly recommend. Everyone that tries it seems to wants to come back. Great people that work there too.
Best BBQ I have had in a long time! The collared greens and Mac & cheese was great. First time trying the pork egg rolls and they were awesome. What really make this experience great was the owner came up and asked how our meal was. Really great guy!
