Adam and his team catered our wedding in November and as most of our guests are telling is how much they loved our wedding they are raving even more about the food. Hands down the best barbecue. We had pulled pork, pulled chicken, smoked sliced turkey, soy sauce green beans and wisco Mac and cheese. All of which were amazing! I moved to WI from TX 9 years ago. So for 9 years my wife has heard me lament about how there’s no good brisket in WI. I have to go to TX to get my brisket barbecue fix. I had Slo’ Motion for the first time the other day, and was blown away. My wife saw me savor that first bite and asked if it was good. I said “just as good as TX. I’d drive to TX for this brisket.” And I meant it. Bark was black as night and the perfect salt/pepper flavor. Two rules: you’ve got to eat it with your fingers, and don’t you dare put sauce on it. My partner and I just had Slo Motion cater our wedding this past weekend, and they made handsdown the best for we'd ever had at a wedding and most of our guests agreed. The staff was extremely helpful with keep the food dishes full and cleaning up the serving area. Their team even went around a buses up some of the tables for the guests. I will always recommend Slo Motion to anyone looking for a caterer.

We hired Slo’Motion BBQ for a catered employee lunch this week. Adam brought his food trailer all the way to Madison to help us out and we feel fortunate he was willing to do so. The lunch was fantastic! The staff had so many positive comments, including “when are you bringing Adam back?” Adam was super easy to work with and his food was beyond delicious. Excellent BBQ! The smell of the truck got us as soon as we were out of the car! No sauce even needed, but was delicious on the brisket. We will try the pulled pork next as I hear that is a favorite. Amazing location as well just outside of the Soiree wine bar in Muskego on Thursdays! Good chance we will be using Slo Motion BBQ for my daughters wedding this fall.
