Just ordered - medium double pepperoni with extra cheese. I picked it up on time and it was cold. If what they gave me it was considered extra pepperoni and extra cheese, do not go here. I’ve been to other Rosati’s locations with good success…not this one. They even try to bribe a good review in the store with free desert or soda. I will not go back.
I ordered a pizza for delivery before 6pm on a Tuesday night. At nearly 8:15, I received a text message telling me the delivery driver was approaching my house. I was on my way to bed, so I called and told them I wouldn't be accepting delivery and requested a refund. The manager on duty told me he would process the refund and it would take 3-5 business days; that never happened. A week later, I stopped into the store and asked to speak to the store manager or owner. The person at the counter called him and I was told the refund was in process and it should just be a few more days. Today, it's another week later and I still haven't received my refund. I spoke to the owner on the phone this evening who tried to tell me it would take another week. If they weren't lying last week, and they weren't lying the week before, how could it possibly take three weeks to get a refund?!?!? Rest assured, I will not be ordering from these crooks again.
Ordered 3 pizzas at 11am for delivery at 1230. 45 min in, no pizza, no contact, and I've been hung up on twice. Being that these were for manufacturing guys, 1 hour of downtime on a line is very significant. This is a huge disappointment reagedless of how good the pizza is. The lack of customer service at this location is supremely disappointing. This isn't the first time we have experienced this level garbage service.

My first time having your pizza and it was one of the best I have had in awhile. We had it delivered and it was only 30 minutes late but they called and told us. The delivery guy was super nice and friendly. We will definitely be back and maybe next time we'll dine in! Thank you!
I had a terrible experience ordering food today. I ordered food to be delivered because I did not feel like going out and just wanted to veg out wanting shows on Hulu. After getting the food I noticed that I did not receive one of the items I ordered, so I called the restaurant back and was immediately met with rudeness. I was told that the driver said that it was delivered. I told the employee again that I did not get the item and that I didn't have a reason to lie. After a call to the driver, I was than told that the food was left in the driver's car. Rosati's should listen to their customers and not right away assume that someone is lying and trying to get something for free. I had already paid for my food. Treat your customers better.
I ordered a pizza and some mozz sticks there for a pick up and when I got there at the time I scheduled it for (ordered at 10:06am for 11:15am pick-up) they said the ticket said pick up time was 11:45. This was the second time this happened to me. I showed them both the text confirming the time and the email. I asked for a refund since I couldn't wait the 1/2 hour. The woman at the front desk kept telling me over and over it would be ready at 11:45. I kept repeating that I couldn't wait. She finally said they could have it ready in 12 minutes. I fell for that the first time; not the second. I simply asked for a refund so I could go get my office a different lunch. She gave me a receipt saying it had been refunded, but 3 days later I can see it has not been charged back to my card. So basically, no lunch and they stole $26.00 from me. I can say they will never get my business again, and I'll make sure my company never orders from them, either.
Delicious Fresh Pizza. They are not stingy with the ingredients either! Super nice staff as well! I’ll be back. Worth the price. Plenty of cheese and sausage like I like it!
Place was great. Loved it! Definitely stopping in here next time I swing through. Love the environment and the people were so friendly! I laughed, I cried, this place really took it up a notch. Don't listen to all the other people sitting at home complaining about how they are lazy and complaining that it didn't get there faster. How about you come get it yourself and experience the lovely back home feeling you get when you walk into Rosati's!
Pizza arrived two hours late, driver didn’t call to let me know it was here per instructions, brought wrong soda. All-around disaster. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but this was truly awful. Pizza is cold now, because nobody knew it had came!
