I've been frequent here since starting work in Germantown. I usually LOVE their food, and recently had a problem with the app and then an order. I reached out to customer service for a refund on a canceled order and also let them know my delivered order did not meet expectations that time. I was not only issued my refund but also given a free entrée. They're always very friendly and you can tell they enjoy their job and that they care when something is wrong!
Sold out of tortilla soup at 11:30 am(so they say), the pico was literally just tomatoes and cilantro, and they have the old style coke machine. (I'm used to seeing the Coke Freestyle machines at Qdobas)
So disappointed from tonight’s experience. It was decently busy, so my husband and I attempted to be sympathetic of the rush. However, the state of the serving area was quite atrocious. Ingredients slopped everywhere, utensils being tossed around and mixed.I completely understand being overwhelmed, but the staff did not communicate with each other to help with assembly, nor did they communicate with any patrons for their desired ingredients. I myself ordered a quesadilla and watched the staff member change the time on the press to take it off faster. I was not asked what I would like in the quesadilla other than chicken and cheese and I had to ask for guacamole and sour cream on the side after my meal was already bagged. Additionally, I watched the staff member hit the spatula in the garbage can to clean the cheese off.My husband ordered a burrito and I will say the staff member who worked on it did put a good deal of effort to roll it, but it was cold and sloppy.We really just felt sad eating our meal, as we used to really enjoy dining here. The lack of cleanliness and bad customer service will likely keep us away in the future.
Ordered a pick-up order through the app and when we picked up the order, my husband's burrito was 1/2 the size of mine and was missing the guacamole and cheese. Now I'm trying to call to see if we can get a credit/refund (since the burrito was $9.50) and I've been on hold for over 6 minutes now.
The night crew at this location is TRASH! There’s an older lady who is typically there in the late evening that’s great and does a good job but the young lady she works with is AWFUL. Terrible customer service skills. I’ve walked in twice now in the past 2 weeks after work at 9pm (hour before they close) and this girl huffs and puffs every damn time and makes a scene. Tonight she had AirPods in and walked right into the kitchen without even saying hello. Last time I was there the older lady told her “we’re out of chips..,” and her response was, “FINE BY ME! I don’t care.” The older lady who I think is the manger or just the more mature one said that someone else might care. The girl with the attitude problem then said something about walking out. Absolutely disgusting show of customer service and she shouldn’t have a job in the industry.
12/17/2021Three employees where just standing around and another finally came up to ask “wad I want” or I think that’s what he said. The line was very dirty, just food everywhere. Not until my food was almost made did I find out there was no sour cream. Then I asked I for some chips and salsa, they just stood there and looked at me. So I finally said, “are you out of salsa or something” to which they said “out of chips”. I have no idea who is running this store but it’s akin to how a Wendy’s on the north side functions. Please go else where.
I placed a online order for a hour before I would be there and I showed up to pick it up and they have not even begun to make my order. They told me to give them 10 min. I thought ordering online was supposed to save time and cut down the line. Obviously they put the online orders off says my order was not the only one on the pile. First time at this qdoba in a long time and probably will be my last time.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Service is horrible, food is never ready when it is supposed to be, occasionally I am waiting an hour for my order. Quality of food is meh when I do receive it.
Food was old and needed to be refreshed. The young lady didn't have good customer service. So I wouldn't ever good at night.. It was 8 p.m. they close at 10?????? Oh.. I asked for extra meat I were paying for and she gave me 2 half scoops.. I kept tell her the whole time, please put full scoops.( for everything)
The staff is friendly and efficient. The varieties to choose from was fun to select,, and we're more than most Mexican takeout restaurants. Good food at a reasonable price always makes for a fun night.?
