I have ordered from this location multiple times and generally had good experiences. The last couple of times, however, have left me questioning the integrity of this location, and now, of this company. In Feb 2022, I ordered one of the new Spicy Lovers pizzas to try. I got the pepperoni one and upon pickup, it was a regular pepperoni pizza, lacking the second type of pepperoni, peppers, and flakes advertised. I figured it's a new item and mistakes happen as my order was ready on time and everything else was accurate. I place the same order in March 2022 and everything is correct, 5 stars. Fast forward to April 2022. I repeat the same order from Feb and March, and this time it's wrong again. Only 1 type of pepperoni, no peppers or flakes. I reach out to the company via the app and get a generic response that the store would be in contact within 3 business days. After nearly two WEEKS, I reach out again to ask why no one has contacted me. Crickets. I'm done with this location and quite possibly with PH as a whole. Totinos can out pizza the hut with frozen rolls I stopped eating after college with how inept this location is and how poor the customer service and follow-through are on the part of the company. Staffing issues exist, I admit, and mistakes happen, but a lack of basic communication and follow-up is not a good way to retain customers if you want to remain in business. I can see my sentiments are not unique based on recent reviews and I hope they get their act together as I know there's lots of competition willing to take my money and provide the product I ask for and pay for.
The pictures you’re seeing are of pizza that aren’t done you can see dough in two of the 3 pizza I got I’m praying the chicken was done and our cheese sticks weren’t cut. Zero excuses for an undone pizza the cheese wasn’t even brown
Waited in the parking lot for 2 hours after the pick up time. I understand short staffing is an issue pretty much everywhere right now, but 2 hours late is absolutely ridiculous! Noticed multiple cars having ridiculous long waits as well. Will not return.
Came here with friends and pizza was supposed to be done at 6:15, we get there and tell us they'll give it to us when they're ready. To be honest we weren't expecting to wait more than an hour.
Literally anyone can outpizza this hut. If I could rate my experience as 0/5 stars, I would. I ordered a pizza for pick up, paid for my order online, and waited in line for an hour past my scheduled pick-up time. The front doors to the building were locked, and the phone number to the store would ring, then disconnect. I tried calling a corporate number, and they also could not get in contact with the store. It was a nightmare. I ended up leaving without getting my pizza, or my money back, as no one would answer the phone to cancel my order. I was literally scammed by Pizza Hut. I understand that establishments are short-staffed, this is nothing new; however, this was absolutely ridiculous.
This store is a great store just needs some work just like any other stores. You wouldn't understand if u never worked at a restaurant before. Its people in there putting their blood, sweat, and tears in there. It's alot people don't know that goes on inside the store. If u know the store is understaffed recommend people to apply to the store if they need a job. That will be helpful and it wouldn't be long wait times
Ordered and paid for extra cheese, 1 inch around pizza had no cheese. All toppings were piled in the center. Crust should have been thin and crispy. It was thin and not crispy but cardboard like.
We ordered and paid for our pizza online. We waited in the drive thru for one hour. The door was locked and no one answered the phone, we would have left but we didn’t want to be out the money. We FINALLY got our pizza and the worker had the audacity to say “you can tip if you want.” Tip for what?! She never apologized for the wait other. I know everyone is short staffed but there’s no way you can operate a business like this. I’m not even mad, I’m dumbfounded that a business has THIS bad of customer service, it’s embarrassing. Close your doors, it’s time.
Ordered food and they only delivered half the order. The phone number would allow you to talk to a call service but they said the store had to fix the problem. The store would not answer the phone. Physically went to the Pizza Hut the next day and they gave us a credit. We tried to use the credit that night and they again would not answer the phone. Went to the location and they refused to take our order saying they were out of dough. Cannot stress enough-don’t order from here!
When I place my order at 3:30 since I was doing errands and finish early. they change my order for me with no problem, I was very happy and only had to wait 15 minutes. That is very awesome customer service
