Clearly they are understaffed as they are using Door Dash drivers to deliver orders. I ordered a medium pizza and a side and the app said it would take 33 minutes. Almost 2 hours later the food arrived cold, with grease dripping from the box like it had been sloshed around n someone’s back seat. If you don’t have sufficient resources for delivery TAKE IT OFF THE APP
Didn’t deliver my food because they were out of drivers and then used doordash which charged us more and didn’t answer any of my calls when I tried to check, and no refund food cost 70 dollars. Will be persistent till I get my money back
Pizza and Parmesan Garlic Sticks very good. They forgot to put Pepperoni on Half.
They delivered through DoorDash and I never received my order. Never use a place that goes through DoorDash

Stuffed crust pizza was excellent and delivered in a timely manner. Easy ordering on line and friendly delivering driver. We will definitely order from them again. Menomonee Falls location.

I ordered my pizza online and it said it would be appropriately 60. I get there and there is another woman ahead if me confronting the cashier about her wait time. She steps back so that I can talk to the cashier. I told him my name and he looks back and says it will be another 30 min. I told him that it has already been an hour , why am I having to wait. I have a family to feed. He said ther are running slow. I told h I m that was not my problem and that they should have contacted me to let me know. I to him to cancel my order and just walked away while I was speaking to him. Poor customer service all around. I will not be back to this location. Throw away the while staff!
