Stopped in the Menomonee Falls store to grab lunch and both my wife and I tried their new Chef's Chicken Spicy Take Sandwich. The sandwich was mediocre at best, the sauce was quite frankly gross. At the cost of almost 3 fold the Chick fil A Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich I would give Chick fil A 10 out of 10 and Panera's 3.5 out of 10 at a highway robbery price.Panera's does serve several items that my wife and I enjoy however the Chef's Chicken Take not for us.
Just about everything is good here! And I absolutely love the staff! There was a young lady, Hailey, working the front counter, who was just a sweetheart! I'll definitely be back!

Worst Panera bread I’ve ever been to. This place constantly messes up on orders. You call this location and the manager will say “they’ll fix it.” They say they’ll send you a coupon and multiple times I’ve never received said coupon. I guess I’m the fool for returning and spending money at this place. I highly recommend not spending any money here.
The food is always delicious ?. I ordered the cheese pizza. The crust was crisp and chewy at the same chew. I also loved the cheese and sauce!! I will return in about a month God willing to eat another. I am diabetic, so I have to space my time until I can eat some foods. Lip smacking GOOD!!!!
Like Panera for a warm bagel with cheese, but this time the toaster was down, and2 of the coffee urns were empty when tried to fill my coffee.Not a good day this time.....
Had the broccoli cheese soup. It was very good. Creamy and cheesy, with a nice amount of broccoli, it was the thing to have on a very cold day. Also had a cinnamon crunch bagel, with walnut cream cheese. If you are feeling down and life is frowning at you, get you a cinnamon crunch bagel and the schmeer of your choice. I promise you, life may still frown at you, but you won't care. It's that good.
Both of my family members eggs were under cooked and one had many eggshells in them. On top of that I ordered an iced latte and got a hot one. Only redeeming quality is the bakery which seemed to be almost stale.
I stopped for lunch today in Menomonee Falls and with my mask, the cashiers mask and shield plus I wear hearing aids I got a cranberry apple salad which I wanted was the drink. They refunded me for the salad - cash and said take the salad home since it was already made. I felt bad as I probably didn't catch everything the cashier said. I gave the money back for the salad as it just didn't feel right. I am impressed that they were so nice and willing to give me the refund. I will eat there again!
We had an order pick up and got home and food was great. Breakfast sandwich and yummy bagels.
