Disgusted with the rude and unprofessional staff! My online order was to be ready by 9:38. I got there at 9:48 and the doors were locked. They refused to open the door for me. I knocked for 5 minutes while they purposely ignored me. Several employees looked right at me. My order was literally sitting on the counter. Just hand me my order. Extremely frustrating!
The sauce in the spaghetti and meatballs didn't even cover half of the noodles. Same for the Mac and cheese. First time and last time going there.
I came to the noddles and company in Menomonee Falls and the workers there are disgusting they scratch their heads while cooking the food, play around all the time, talked about having hairs on there arms and more. They are just messing around with peoples food. The food was good though!
They don’t accept cash AND you can’t use credit cards in store, you have to pay through their app. Went there last week and saw this on a sign on their front door. We turned around and went elsewhere. I can see needing exact change, but not accepting cash at ALL? I won’t contribute to that nonsense.
Last time we received the wrong order for curbside didn't realize it until we got home. This time a $6 small med salad had a handful literally of greens and five noodles. Not what you would think for $6. Maybe $3.
Not impressed with caesar chicken salad I ordered. Other entrees from kids menu were just as unspectacular and overpriced. Inside dining available but floors dirty.
Place closes and 8pm and their was 3 people waiting in line at 7:20 and they took the order of 1 person and told the rest of us they where closing and couldn’t serve us. I get it was close to closing but 40 minutes is a lot of time yet considering how fast the place is.
Management was very helpful when we called to report that our delivery was almost an hour late. The food is always delicious and my only recommendation is to do pick up instead of delivery.
Our order was taken but once another family came into order the girl who took our order (bright pink hair wearing a green shirt) turned away and acted like she was working but was just giggling with her co-worker about the customers. Really unprofessional and rude.
My Alfredo is was dry and the noodles where changed out. And she gave me spaghetti noodles instead. The food was horrible..I should have checked it. I was on my way to work. Threw the whole bowl away. Over 15 dollars wasted
