Just left McDonalds on Pilgrim and Silver Spring sat in line for 10 + minutes got to speaker to order our food.. no one took our order. We drove up to the window and we told them we hadn't ordered and would like to... We were told No and to drive around and order at speaker ..we told them no one took our order at speaker 1st. Time again she was rude and said no and to screw ourselves.. we left..we've been going to this McDonald's for years... Never again..
Why is this location even open? Time to hang it up. this is the worst McDonalds i have ever been to. For years now i have kept giving this place a chance. Nope, once again rude employees, dont want to do their jobs. incomplete order, ask for help and get snubbed. What a turn off man. Lets face it, JUST CLOSE DOWN untill someone can do it right.
Im thoroughly disappointed in this location! 3 times I've tried to get the tropical mango smoothie and keep getting told its down...its usually the ice cream machine but now its anything! I really wanted to try it and last time I ended up getting a frappe which I thought I'd be able to get since I got the same response last time. Now I'm told its all the same machine and I can't get anything I wanted to drink...almost made me cancel my order. Seems like laziness to me nothing is broken! So your telling me its constantly broken! Thanks alot!
I was there on 4/27/22 ordering food at drive thru. My order was missing a fish sandwich when i got back to my work. I call back but no answer so i drove back and told the manager. Guess what.... not even a "I'm sorry or any at all. not a word. " she just take a look at my reciept and proceed to get me my sandwich.
Went there in the morning on a non busy day the drive thru was quick the workers were not rude. When you go on a busy day of course you'll expect rude workers. Just don't let them get to you, just smile and say I hope your day gets better. I rather be nice and get good service then to be rude back and get awful service.
No indoor seating, long time in drive thru...even to have ur order taken.
I just got home after getting food from this McDonalds and my experience was so inexcusably horrible that I had to write a review asap. The fries were literally the worst McDonalds fries I have ever had in my life. I swear they had to have been sitting there for hours and hours. Honestly like a day old. They were probably the worst fries I've ever had period. Every single fry was stale and cold. It was actually inedible. Also, I sat at the drive through for probably over 2 minutes saying "hello?" before anyone bothered to take my order. I could tell they were open because people were eating inside, but if it weren't for that I would have thought they were closed. The girl that (eventually) took my order didn't say hello, she was rude, and she very obviously did not care about the job at all. I get it, it's not always an easy job. I used to work McDonald's drive thru. I know it's not always fun. But not doing your job and then letting people PAY for horrible service AND inedible food is totally totally unacceptable. I can't believe they're getting paid to do what they're doing.
First of all the cashier was not friendly second of all, they were playing g on there phones or showing pics to cashier. They were standing around not doing anything. I asked for a hamburger and there was so much mustard on it and all I wanted is a regular hamburger. I also think they should wear hair nets.i will not goback there ever again
Arrived at 9:02PM on 2/17/2022. Pulling into the drive thru, we noticed an employee seated in the lobby vaping. We then ordered our food along with one McFlurry and were told the ice cream machine is broken , so we left. The order taker was rude in general. There was no one in line when we arrived-now I know why there wasn’t much business.
Rude employee's. The girl couldn't even fake a smile. Got charged $.45 for extra tartar sauce but didn't get it. Went to the counter said excuse me several times before I had to yell at them. They looked at me and turned the other way. The "manager" if you can even call him that just stood there looking scared. They are getting $15 an hour and doing less work than ever. We will not be back. Absolutely ridiculous!!
