One of the longest wait I’ve ever had at a McDonald. I waited over 30 minutes for medium frie and double hamburger. when I was told to pull over to the pickup parking. I knew right away I would be forgotten about. I watched over 10 cars behind me get served and pull off. It was not until I walked in after waiting that my food was made. Never visiting this location again.
Just plain terrible McDonald's. This is the closest McDonald's to my residence - and the absolute worst. I waited 25 in the pick up lane. Called to ask why the long wait. I was told by a bumbling manager they were short staffed. So short staffed that it takes an employee 30 seconds to walk out to the the drive-thru?I deserve better - much better! I've decided McDonald's has too many customers, so I will NEVER order or eat food from this McDonald's. I've also made the commitment to refrain from eating any food or ordering from ANY McDonald's for at least a year.Thank goodness there's a Burger King across the street!
Upon getting home from work, my daughter placed a mobile order but b/c I was in the area, it made sense for me to pick it up. Upon arrival I gave them the code and was told the order wasn't found. They asked me to go inside and still no order was found. They asked if my phone was the one I ordered from. I said no, why does that matter? They claimed it's how the electronics speak to each other. ?... ok. SMH. So seeing we couldn't cancel the order and they already got paid, I went home, got the phone the order was placed from, and returned only to be told the orders been there all along! ? They did remake everything for the most part but still...
Went through the drive thru today, ordered 20 piece nugget, two med fries, one number one Large, and one number seven large. We were pulled ahead to the third window. Waited about 4 mins, which would have been fine IF we received all 20 nuggets and full fry boxes. But instead the meds were half full, the larges looked even less, and one nugget shy in each of the ten piece nugget boxes. Sad people can't count and having the legally blind work. ?
This specific location must seek out the worst employees possible. They are typically unfriendly which is the worst part. Dieant matter which shift. They rarely get my order right. I thanked a lady once for being friendly and nice at least and she commented that she hears that a LOT. Get with it folks.
Less Wait Time. Great Communications. Food Ready To Go. Will Come Back. I do approve for the place so try it out dining inside or just for drive thru. Peace ✌️
I've been picking up breakfast here for the last several days while visiting. Service has been fast and friendly on every visit! The lady that works the drive through payment window during the weekdays is SO friendly and efficient! Props to her for doing a great job!Sometimes using my app codes can cause delays or be cumbersome but they seem to have actually expedited the process and increased the personal touch I think McDonalds is looking to add through the app. They even call me by name once I've given them the code.Great job over all, I'm impressed by your efficiency, your personal touch and the consistency in service you provided over the last 4 days. Well done!
Placed an order at the drive thru. Very long wait. When I got to the 2nd window they asked me what I ordered and I told them. Manager then came and asked the same question so I gave her the receipt. She said I would need to pull forward because they didn't make the order. Asked for a refund and left without the double cheeseburger and larg fry I ordered. 3 days later I disputed the charge on my credit card because the refund had not yet been credited.
?This place is not quick with time. They are usually backed up everytime.But the are good at getting your order right inside or at the drive through.
This is probably the most disappointing McDonald's I've had in my entire life. The fries are ice cold & chewy the coke is flat & it took like 10 minutes just for the lady to take our money at the window. First & last time ever going to this location.
