I stopped in at 1:40pm on a Monday. There were a ton of people (working) standing around, mostly looking at their phones. The girl who took my order was speaking very softly behind her plexiglass wall - didn't great me and I could not hear her. She took my order, didn't tell me my number or tell me what happens next - I've never been her before - do I sit down, wait? Also, she did not ask me what I wanted on my burger, didn't know I had to ask, so it came out a piece of meat and a slice of cheese - that's it. The food is fine, huge bag of fries, but they don't make it seem like they care at all if you enjoy yourself or you plan to ever come back.
Got their fish fry...unbelievably delicious. Tasty and crispy coating on fish. Great fries and condiments including cole slaw
Was better before. Quality matters. Under cooked chicken is not healthy. I got the chicken sandwich twice and both times it was under cooked. I'd take it back but it's more of a hassle cause I'm not generally in that area. Shakes are really good though.
This Kraverz is my favorite burger joint around. Food is fresh and made to order. Service is fast and friendly and it's clean inside and out. Only thing negative to say is that it's to far from my home and I need more of them in the state
Husband is obsessed with the burgers and chipotle mayo. The grilled cheese is amazing and they actually have good salads which is super rare for drive up.
Great menu, not too long of a wait. Excellent Vienna beef hot dogs. The kids slider meals have huge portions, plus custard for dessert. This place is always clean. Good burgers, good just about everything!!! Recommend.
Ordered a jumbo California Burger and Gyro. The burger was disgusting. Dry, burnt, cold, tasteless, thin. The Gyro meat was also burnt and cold. The website states fresh, never frozen. Never again.
We went at 8pm and the drive thru was empty. Service was good and the food tasted great, but for $6 I expected JUMBO mozzarella sticks-not 5 little mozzarella sticks. I know what we are not getting next time!
I was the only person in line , several workers looked at me didn’t say someone will be with you . They just kept walking . The total wait was 8 minutes before a cashier came to the register stood there looking at me never said hello , so I said hello. I placed my order , the cashier gave me my total I paid for my food . Received my change never was told how long my food would or thank you have a nice day. I really like the food here , it the customer services skill is horrible.
